Sasha Banks is among the best that WWE’s women’s division has to offer. That’s why it is baffling that she has competed on the last five WrestleMania cards and has come away with zero wins. That’s right, The Boss is winless at the Showcase of Immortals.
Here’s a quick look at her history on the big stage:
- WrestleMania 32: Charlotte Flair won a Women’s championship Triple Threat match over Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch.
- WrestleMania 33: Bayley won a Raw women’s championship Fatal 4-way match over Banks, Flair, and Nia Jax.
- WrestleMania 34: Naomi won a pre-show 20-woman Battle Royal that included Banks.
- WrestleMania 35: The IIconics won the Women’s tag team titles from Banks & Bayley, in a Fatal 4-way match that also included the teams of Beth Phoenix & Natalya, and Nia Jax & Tamina.
- WrestleMania 36: Bayley won a SmackDown women’s championship match in a Fatal 5-way elimination match over Banks, Tamina, Naomi, and Lacey Evans.
Banks has managed to lose in four different title matches en route to an 0-5 record at WrestleMania. The other three Horsewomen each have at least two wins at WrestleMania, but the booking just has not gone Sasha’s way. Banks has also failed to land a featured one-on-one match at WrestleMania, which is a tough thing for any woman to get who is not paired up with Becky Lynch or Charlotte Flair.
Maybe Banks had the right idea when she said that she preferred to just be ringside for Bayley’s match on the WrestleMania pre-show.
Do you think Sasha Banks will ever win a match at WrestleMania?
