The Boneyard match was almost universally well-received. It’s made fans who either weren’t watching during the American Badass years of The Undertaker’s legendary career, or who had decided those years sucked/paled in comparison all other eras, think “oh, that’s why you like this gimmick”.
Word is it’s sticking around in some form or fashion for the foreseeable future. And you can say (like my boss likes to) that this isn’t Biker Taker but a merging of that persona and his Dead Man one. That’s fine. I still say Hybrid Taker wouldn’t exist without the Badass, and therefore take it as validation of my long-held belief that Biker Taker is the best Taker.
