WWE has put a bow tie around the first night of its WrestleMania 36 pay-per-view (PPV) from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, as the promotion wrapped up the show tonight (Sun., April 5, 2020) with Drew McIntyre pinning Brock Lesnar after four Claymore kicks to become the new WWE champion.

Was it the best match on the card?

Elsewhere, Bray Wyatt pinned John Cena in one of the most bonkers “matches” in WWE history, Sasha Banks ensured Bayley kept her SmackDown women’s championship, Charlotte Flair took the NXT title from Rhea Ripley, Edge got his revenge on Randy Orton, Mandy Rose and Otis finally got together after the latter beat Dolph Ziggler with help from the former, and so much more.
