WrestleMania 36 results: Bad advice from Lana costs Bobby Lashley

There wasn’t much (okay, any) build. But if you were ever going into a WresteMania without a story, this year’s empty Performance Center version was the one to do it at.

Bobby Lashley & Aleister Black were out second on Night Two of WrestleMania 36 and started slowly with work that emphasized their backgrounds in kickboxing and MMA. Things changed when the action spilled outside the ring. Black missed a moonsault, Lashley back body dropped him to the padded concrete floor, and it was time to work the heat.

There were no fans, but Bobby had a cheering section thanks to the return of his “wife”, Lana.

After a brief-yet-solid back-and-forth that allowed both men opportunities to look good...

... it was some bad advice from the Ravishing Russian that cost Lashley the match. The All Mighty was going to slam Black, but Lana convinced him to go for a spear instead. When he did, he rushed right into a Black Mass.

These two might need a marriage counselor. Dr. Shelby might be available.
