SmackDown draws its smallest ever audience for Fox on April 17

WWE.com

On the one hand, the viewership and rating for the April 17 SmackDown remained in the same ballpark they’ve been in throughout the pandemic.

On the other hand, however, the audience continues to get smaller. The 2.19 million viewers WWE averaged for Fox over two hours of primetime last night was the lowest number since moving to the network last fall (not counting one episode that was bumped to cable channel FS1 by the baseball World Series).

The blue brand is at least still tied with CBS’ Magnum P.I. for the highest rating among 18 - 34 year olds, and had the highest share of men 18 - 49.

Here’s last night’s network numbers:

Is this the bottom? Or will Team Blue join Team Red in the under two million club?
