On this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE held two more qualifying matches for the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder matches scheduled for the pay-per-view of the same name on May 10.
First, Dana Brooke scored what was brought across as an upset victory over Naomi just after explaining to Carmella that she can win both the women’s tag team titles and the Money in the Bank briefcase.
Second, Daniel Bryan submitted Cesaro with an assist from Drew Gulak, who ensured Shinsuke Nakamura couldn’t interfere in the match as he was attempting to do just that.
Here’s the updated list of participants in the women’s match:

- Shayna Baszler
- Asuka
- Nia Jax
And the updated list for the men’s match:
- Daniel Bryan
There are a total of 7 spots left to be filled in both matches.
This year’s Money in the Bank ladder matches will be different from year’s past, as they will take place at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Read more on that here.
