The ratings and viewership data are in for this week’s (Apr. 15) NXT and AEW television shows.

Per Showbuzz Daily, Dynamite netted 683,000 viewers for a .25 rating point in the 18-49 demographic. NXT checked in with 692,000 viewers for a .17 rating point in the same 18-49 demo.

For AEW, this is a decrease of about 9,000 viewers from the prior week, with the slightest reduction from last week’s 0.26 demo rating. For NXT, viewership (barely) decreased by about 1,000 viewers from the prior week, and the demo rating dropped from last week’s 0.19.

AEW rose from 32nd to 29th place in the demo rating for the night, while NXT fell from 51st to 58th place.

NXT was able to maintain its viewership numbers from last week’s TakeOver-esque card, but the demo rating of .17 isn’t too far off its all-time low levels. Meanwhile AEW has reach their viewership nadir for 2020, but their ratings remain steadily ahead of NXT.

AEW has failed to draw 700,000 viewers since the calendar turned to April, and NXT has not surpassed that mark for six consecutive episodes.

Total viewership for Wednesday night checked in at 1,375,000 pro wrestling fans.
