WWE Elimination Chamber is all set to pop off tonight (Sun., Mar. 8, 2020) from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at 7:00 pm ET, live on the WWE Network. You may also be able to watch this on pay-per-view (PPV) if your cable provider is carrying the event.

I had to draw a line in my life, there’s those I have time for, there’s those I don’t. What’s up with you? You’re such a power, I want to give you my twenty-fifth hour, thirty-six hundred seconds just for us. I’m being serious, I’m really curious. Are you afraid? Or just don’t dare? Or just don’t wanna? I have to liveblog this here pro wrestling show for these folks, in any case.

The pre-show kicks off with Jonathan Coachman welcoming us to the show and introducing his panel, consisting tonight on Charly Caruso, David “A-List” Otunga, and Peter Rosenberg. The run the show down as usual, including interviews with Ruby Riott, the Miz & John Morrison, Braun Strowman, and R-Truth, and a promo from Aleister Black.


Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder vs. Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar)

Ryder and Erik to start, Zack using his speed but the Viking’s power overwhelms him. Hawkins tags in, same story but he’s able to pull ahead with a few kicks and a back suplex for two. Tag to Ryder, trying to grind him down, dumping him to the floor to work him over further. Back inside, reverse chinlock, Erik powers out of it and tags Ivar in!

Warbeard running roughshod on Zack, Banzai Drop, cartwheel lariat, running hot and tagging Erik back in. Hip toss knee...

Viking Raiders win by pinfall with Viking Experience on Zack Ryder.

Back to the pre-show panel, they shill for the WWE Network some more and we get an interview with Andrade “Cien” Almas and Zelina Vega as well as a promo from the Usos.


Daniel Bryan vs. Drew Gulak

Collar and elbow, fireman’s carry takeover gets Gulak the first offense. Test of strength, Bryan in control but Drew reverses into a wristlock takedown. Side headlock, shot off, drop down, shoulder block! Dan down and out in the corner, back at it, side headlock takeover, wrenching it in. Headscissors reversal, Bryan trying to slip out with the headstand before reversing into a half-crab.

Upkicks, Gulak reverses into an Achilles lock! Bryan with kicks out, Drew falls back into the heel hook and they wail on each other with kicks until they break in the ropes! A game look on the American Dragon’s face, he pops to the floor briefly to consider his opponent. Gulak all smiles, waiting for Bryan to return. He does so, test of strength, Dan slips low into a leg pick!

Rolling him around, grapevining the legs for the Romero Special, fishhooking his nose to set the arms up but Gulak sits up and escapes into a half-crab! Turning it into a stepover toehold and now Drew goes for the Romero Special! Wrists clutched, Drew rocks him back and extends the hold! Bryan sits up out of it and kicks Gulak in the hamstring!

A second leg kick, Gulak catches it and starts pasting him with chops into the corner! Dan with chops and kicks but Drew hits a dragon screw and follows it up with a stepover toehold! Bryan reverses, forearms into a side headlock, Gulak with the headscissors escape... AND THE SHORT PILEDRIVER! Hanging him over his shoulder by the neck, spinning him out... SO CLOSE!

Drawing the American Dragon up, arm wringer in the corner, chops, losing sight of the neck, going for a brainbuster... BRYAN REVERSES INTO A SUPLEX OVER THE ROPES AND TO THE FLOOR! Referee Danilo Anfibio counting, both men back inside, Bryan with a boot out of the corner, diving, full nelson, switching around... SAITO SUPLEX GETS TWO! Dan clutching his neck and wiggling his fingers, Gulak locks the full nelson on!

Out, victory roll for two, full nelson of his own, Drew tries to roll through but the American Dragon catches him... BRIDGING DRAGON SUPLEX FOR TWO! Standing switch, Gulak with a German suplex into the bridge, only two and he holds onto the waistlock! Standing switch, back elbow, standing switch... RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX DROPS DAN ON HIS HEAD AND GETS A TIGHT NEARFALL!

Bryan stumbling to his feet, Anfibio counting and he barely beats the count! Back inside, backflip up and over, off the ropes... AXE BOMBER! Slugging it out punch for uppercut, passing Gulak into the corner for the chest kicks! Up top, Drew slips out under... INVERTED SUPERPLEX INTO THE GU-LOCK! OVERHEAD ELBOWS, BACK TO THE HOLD BUT THE AMERICAN DRAGON ROLLS THORUGH!

OMOPLATA, HAMMERFISTS, THE LEBELL LOCK IS ON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! WRENCHING IT IN, DREW IS UNRESPONSIVE, ANFIBIO CHECKS IN ON HIM! IT’S OVER!

Daniel Bryan wins by referee stoppage with the LeBell Lock.


Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode are interviewed backstage.

They talk about how they’re gonna win tonight and don’t need luck, and Dolph dedicates their victory to Mandy Rose.

Andrade “Cien” Almas (c) vs. Humberto Carrillo (WWE United States Championship)

Almas right in with a hard back elbow and putting the boots to Carrillo! Pressing the attack, forearms and chops, whip across, Humberto sidesteps the charge and they trade blows. Dropkick staggers Andrade against the ropes and a clothesline sends him to the floor! Following out after, chop, back inside, cover for one. Springboard headbutt gets two, side headlock, back suplex, springboard arm drag!

Fired up, drawing Almas up to the apron but he snaps Carrillo’s neck over the top rope! Sliding kick, shoulder armbreakers alternating with back elbows, into an armbar takedown and the kneeling armbar. Humberto to his feet, trading forearms again, whip across, front kick connects, wheelbarrow arm drag but Andrade blasts him with a back elbow!

Almas peeling the mats up off the floor, whipping Humberto into the barricade, referee Shaun Bennett counting but he beats the count! Andrade back to the kneeling armbar, Carrillo gets to his feet and starts throwing forearms but the champ cuts him off. Charging in, back body drop to the floor and Humberto gets some breathing room! Back inside, tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, springboard kick, fired up!

Back roll into the standing moonsault, nobody home, Cien capitalizes with a Brillante Driver into the turnbuckles! Looking for the corner knees, Carrillo to his feet, boot up in the corner, back body drop to the apron and the champ lands a forearm. Up top, cut off with a gamengiri, jockeying for position... AVALANCHE FRANKENSTEINER GETS HUMBERTO TWO!

Headed up top, moonsault, nobody home, roll through but Almas hip tosses him into the turnbuckles hard! Corner knees, roll him into a cover... NOPE! Vega tears the mats up on the floor and Andrade dumps Humberto out of the ring. Drawing him up, hammerlock... back body drop counters! Carrillo back inside, off the ropes... TOPE CON GIRO! Back inside, up top, diving crossbody, Almas rolls through for two!

Humberto with La Casita, only two, sunset flip, again two, reversed, two more, victory roll, two, reversed, handful of tights...

Andrade “Cien” Almas wins by pinfall with a victory roll and a handful of tights to retain the WWE United States Championship.


Backstage, AJ Styles is interviewed.

He talks about how he feels sorry for Aleister Black, with his no friends and his real sad music and whatnot, and Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows are gonna join him at ringside. Asked if it’s a fair match, he says it isn’t, but just because he’s so great.

Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode vs. Heavy Machinery (Otis Dozovic & Tucker Knight) vs. Lucha House Party (Gran Metalik & Lince Dorado) vs. New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) vs. the Miz & John Morrison (c) vs. the Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) (WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Match)

New Day and the Usos to start, Kingston with a side headlock, shot off, leapfrog, leapfrog, corkscrew uppercut! Cover gets two, E with his own side headlock to shoulder block, off the ropes, leapfrog, belly-to-belly suplex! Off the ropes, Uso off the top, diving crossbody, only two! Kofi out of the corner, stumbling a little but he gets a cover anyway.

Jey with a superkick and an uppercut, setting Kingston up top but the two teams soon stalemate and the countdown timer ticks...

Lucha House Party out third, stereo kicks to New Day, diving in, fast-paced lucha things, springboard Stunner takes an Uso out and sets up a double-team splash for two! Metalik with a missile dropkick, hitting the Super Crazy triple moonsault, each man alternating... NOT ENOUGH! E with a hip toss that sends Gran to the outside, one for Lince as well, Kofi hits ‘em with a diving double lariat!

Back inside, New Day still dominating, stacking Lucha House Party up but nobody’s home! Sidestep a shoulder thrust from Big, Dorado thrown into the steel but he catches the wall and climbs up it, on top of his pod! Jey Uso up there with him, Jimmy joining them, Lince fights them off! Kofi up with him, brawling atop the cage as Metalik joins them and they knock Kingston down and step on his hands!

Dorado with a crossbody off the pod to take the Usos out and Metalik takes New Day out with a senton atomico! The countdown timer ticks...

Miz & Morrison out fourth, capitalizing, attacking New Day and brawling them down. Double spinebuster on Dorado, sliding knee, sliding boot, standing shooting star but Gran breaks it up! Set him up in the tree of woe, kicks to the midsection, corkscrew roundhouse from Morrison! Cutting an Uso off, double gutbuster, double DDT, double whip, back body drop Jon to the outside! Uppercuts, backbreaker into the neckbreaker with a double stomp but the Usos are still in the fight!

Canadian backbreaker rack, elevated into a crucifix, Morrison spins him out and Metalik makes the save! Gran up top, climbing atop the pod, Morrison following him... DIVING FRANKENSTEINER OFF THE POD AND MIZ BREAKS THE PIN UP! Kofi up and at ‘em, lighting Miz up with strikes, off the ropes, Boom Drop! Trouble in Paradise ducked, Miz catches him, springboard kick Hart Attack, Big E breaks the pin up!

Trading shots, overhead belly-to-belly for Morrison! The A-Lister in with chest kicks, Big gets underneath him... AFTERNOON DELIGHT! MORRISON BREAKS IT UP! The countdown timer ticks...

Heavy Machinery are out fifth.

Running hot, Tucker and Otis clear house, stacking the Usos up against the steel! Whip for Metalik, Knight hits a side slam, only a nearfall. Dozer comes in, E clobbers him, Tucky decks him with a lariat! Sandwich Big with stereo belly bumps, he’s down and out... CATERPILLAR! Covers made, Lince is hanging from the roof, everybody brawling... LINCE DORADO SHOOTING STAR PRESS OFF THE ROOF?!

Somewhere in the crush, Lucha House Party are eliminated by pinfall.

The countdown timer ticks, and of course, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode are the last team out.

Heavy Machinery try to get the jump on them but the heels form a temporary alliance to keep the big men down. Stacking Tucker up in teh corner and Otis up outside, Knight comes back first but Dozer has Dolph cornered! Ziggler climbs but Knight is up on the pod right with him and smashes his face into the Lexan! He drops Dolph into Otis’ tender embrace and he drops him across the top rope!

Dozer calls for it... TUCKY WITH THE SENTON ATOMICO! Heavy Machinery are fired up! Dozovic goes after Ziggler again but Roode comes from behind and the heels beat him down! Otis fires up, back elbows, clothesline sends Roo back in the ring and he drops Dolph with a right! Dragging Ziggler up, calling his shot but again Robert cuts him off! Calling for the Glorious DDT but he gets a back body drop instead!

Dolph clawing his way to his feet up against the pod, Dozer charges... ZIGGLER SIDESTEPS AND OTIS GOES CLEAN THROUGH THE CHAMBER WALL AND TO THE FLOOR! A worried Tucker Knight calls for his partner while medics check on him, before he returns to the fray targeting Ziggler and Roode. Big man with right hands for everybody, he blocks the Fameasser but eats the superkick, Roode catches him...

Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode eliminate Heavy Machinery by pinfall with a Glorious DDT from Roode on Tucker Knight.

Back to the action, Kingston with Trouble in Paradise, E with the Big Ending, Usos atop the pods... STEREO SPLASHES!

The Usos eliminate Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode by pinfall with stereo splashes off the pods.

All three remaining teams squaring up, the champs back off but the babyface teams are smart and start a loose alliance! Putting boots to Miz and Morrison, dumping them to the outside, trading kicks and Kofi is the last one standing! Inverted suplex, Uso lands on his feet, off the ropes, pop-up Samoan drop for two! Charging in, E hits the big Rock Bottom but runs into a Samoan drop after... STILL NO!

Charging into the corner, Kingston catches him with a kick, up top, jockeying for position, Kofi climbs on top of a pod, diving stomp... NOBODY HOME! Miz and Morrison crawl in and steal it...

New Day are eliminated by pinfall with a double lateral press from the Miz & John Morrison on Kofi Kingston.

Slugging it out, superkicks from the Usos but Morrison kicks out! Diving splash, Miz gets the knees up and gets a nearfall! Superkick blocked, kick the A-Lister off, he slides under a Superkick Party, Skull-Crushing Finale... NOT ENOUGH! Miz slides right into the figure four leglock! Jimmy Uso screaming agony, Morrison with a dropkick for Jey, he heads up top... STARSHIP PAIN BUT JEY BREAKS IT UP!

Schoolboy gets two, superkicks for both champs, cover...STILL NO! Slingshot, folding press, feet on the ropes...

The Miz & John Morrison win, last eliminating the Usos by pinfall to retain the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship.


Whoops, I went to the bathroom and came back to a Natalya interview in progress where she’s mostly talking about Beth Phoenix, Edge, and Randy Orton.

AJ Styles vs. Aleister Black (No Disqualification Match)

Collar and elbow, Styles with a side headlock, block the shoot off by sliding low, back to vertical and Black shoots him off. Caught up in the ropes, stopping himself short, circling and AJ picks a leg. Into the ropes, Aleister kicks him off, bouncing on his feet, again Styles with a leg pick. Duck a roundhouse, go after the leg again, Black with elbows to force the separation.

Again going low, Aleister slings him off and drops him with a chest kick! Corner kicks, taking AJ’s legs out from under him, stomping at his feet, but Styles gets a chop block off to even the score. Going for a second, coming up empty but AJ is able to hook his leg over the bottom rope and stomp it out! Leg kicks continue, applying a toehold on the mat, before heading out under the ring for a kendo stick.

Wailing on Al’s left leg, following it up with a dropkick that puts him on the floor with, as Byron Saxton dubs him, “Kreepin’ Karl”, but when he goes for a forearm off the apron Black nails him with a vicious knee! Hobbling, under the ring, Aleister gets a table and sets it up on the floor. Before he can capitalize, AJ nails him with a chair, to the leg and across the back!

Back inside, Black crawling, he gets to his feet and they trade blows. Uppercut gets an enzuigiri, Styles sits down into a leglock briefly before clobbering Aleister with a Penalty Kick! Leg kicks, posing for the crowd, Black counters a punch and lays into him with kicks and a rolling back elbow before dropping the Phenomenal One with a sliding knee!

Calf Killer applied, wrenching it all the way in, Black crawling, screaming and desperate, reaching for the kendon stick and he uses it to break free! Wailing away on AJ but he gets the Pele Kick! Drawing Al up, thinking about a powerbomb but he slips out. Styles to the apron, trip him up, Phenomenal Forearm... NOPE! Snap a brainbuster off... SO CLOSE!

AJ heads out to the apron and heads up top but Black cuts him off with a hard knee! Trading blows, Aleister with the strike rush again, off the ropes, sliding knee into a kip-up but his knee comes up lame! Quebrada connects... only a nearfall! Chest kicks, Black’s pace slowed by the bad knee and AJ gets the Ushigoroshi off! Drawing him up, back body drop counters, boot to the face!

Quebrada again, Styles catches him and slashes his throat but Aleister reverses to a victory roll for two! Kick and a forearm, running a bit slow, pump kick into the steel chair wedged in the corner! Fighting out to the floor, AJ bum rushes him over the German announce table! Styles perching, setting him up, but Black kicks him hard off the table! METEORA THROUGH THE TABLE!

Back inside, finally Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows get involved but Aleister is able to fend them off with relative ease! Alas, That Damned Numbers Game perseveres and they beat Black down! They draw him up, AJ gets into position and the lights go down...

(DONG.)

The lights come back up and he’s got Anderson and Gallows goozled! Styles comes over... AND EATS A CHOKESLAM FROM THE DEADMAN!

The lights go down and come back up again and Aleister drags himself to his feet...

Aleister Black wins by pinfall with Black Mass.


Street Profits get a promo backstage where they talk the show up and talk about how they’re going to win.

Buddy Murphy & Seth Rollins vs. Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) (c) (WWE Raw Tag Team Championship)

Dawkins and Rollins to start, Seth wants a whip but Angelo blocks. Tag to Murphy, side headlock, shot off, shoulder block, Buddy with a palm strike, off the ropes, drop down, leapfrog, leapfrog, shoulder block! Quick tags from the champs, working Murphy over, targeting the arm. Rollins tags in, drop down, leapfrog, leapfrog, arm drags from Montez!

Arm wringer gets a punch to the face, tag back to Buddy. Arm drag from Ford, double teams put the challengers to the apron and the champs hit ‘em with a dropkick! Seth with a blind tag, cutting Angelo off, working him over and pressing the attack. Montez gets the tag, back suplex, lands on his feet but he stumbles, using his speed, swinging DDT into a kip-up!

Dump Rollins to the floor, shimmy into a standing moonsault, only two! Back inside, Authors of Pain run interference while Seth distracts referee Darrick Moore! They put him into the barricade and back off, but here come the Viking Raiders to even the odds! Back inside, Montez with a folding press for two, Seth hits a big forearm for two of his own and locks a reverse chinlock on to follow.

Falcon Arrow connects, only two, tag to Murphy. Rear chinlock applied, jockeying for position, back body drop him to the floor, land on his feet off a back suplex, tag to Dawkins! Big man clears house, off the ropes, one-handed bulldog! Stinger Splash, assisted shiranui, no good, electric chair, Seth escapes and hits Sling Blade!

Tag to Buddy, superkick blocked, stereo superkicks, cut Ford off on a dive, lateral press... NOPE! Pedigree blocked, double leg, catapult into a tag and Angelo cuts Seth out with a forearm! Montez tags in, off the top with the splash, only two! Blackout denied, rolling elbow, Buddy is legal and Rollins buckle bombs Ford into an enzuigiri! Murphy off the top with Meteora... DAWKINS BREAKS IT UP!

Seth puts Angelo on the floor and dives but gets caught by a belly-to-belly suplex! Buddy getting himself to his feet, gamengiri from the apron, he heads up top. Jockeying for position, Ford gets away and tags Dawkins in. Profits double-teaming him in the turnbuckles, Seth gets underneath them... TOWER OF DOOM! Kevin Owens comes through the crowd with an armload of popcorn and throws a handful in Rollins’ face!

DAWKINS POUNCES SETH!

Buddy Murphy tope con giro, Profits catch him... POWERBOMB INTO THE BARRICADE! Back inside, they got him isolated, Sky High, off the top...

Street Profits win by pinfall with the frog splash from Montez Ford on Buddy Murphy to retain the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship.

Post-match, Kevin Owens gets in the ring with Seth, who is yelling at Buddy Murphy. Kick to the gut... STUNNER! KO heads out and dumps the rest of his popcorn on Buddy.


Sami Zayn and his lads are interviewed backstage and mostly talk about how confident they are, and Sami asks the other two to hang back and let him make sure the title comes back where it belongs.

Braun Strowman (c) vs. the Artists (Cesaro, Sami Zayn, & Shinsuke Nakamura) (WWE Intercontinental Championship Handicap Match)

Zayn starting, as he promised, keeping his distance... and immediately tagging out to Nakamura. Collar and elbow, Strowman shoves him down but he’s preoccupied with Sami. Shinsuke gets caught, ducks a lariat and throws one of his own but it bounces off the big man and he drops the King of Strong Style! Headbutt follows, smashing his face into the turnbuckles, Stinger Splash but again Zayn distracts him and Shinsuke is able to kick his leg out of his leg!

Tag to Cesaro, charging uppercut, choking him over the middle rope, Sami with a cheap shot from the floor and he tags in. Putting boots to Strowman, choking him, keeping him off balance, tagging Cesaro in and he drops Braun with a boot! Stomping away, tag back to Zayn, peppering the monster with jabs and running away when he shrugs them off!

Shinsuke tags in, floats over a powerslam into a sleeper hold! The life fading from Braun’s eyes but he’s able to get a back suplex and get some room to breathe. Cesaro legal, Strowman starts manhandling him, runs into a boot but is able to pop him up for a huge drop! Clubbing blow to Nakamura when he runs in, calling for the pounces on the floor but Sami clubs him from behind!

Bailing, Braun follows him and runs Shinsuke over, runs Cesaro into the crowd, and Zayn crawls under the ring! Strowman crawls after him but Sami’s pals cut him off and put boots to him! Zayn crawls out of the ring and directs traffic as the three of them throw Braun into the steel steps! Back inside... KINSHASA TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD GETS TWO!

Cesaro tags in, drawing Strowman up, thinking Neutralizer but the big man counters, scooping him up onto a shoulder. Zayn makes the save and bails, Cesaro sidesteps a charge and hits a shotgun dropkick to the monster’s back! Keeping referee Charles Robinson distracted... KINSHASA AGAINST THE POST! Tag made, Sami’s legal, his boys draw Braun up... HELLUVA KICK-ASSISTED SUPLEX! IT’S OVER!

Sami Zayn wins by pinfall with a Helluva Kick-assisted suplex to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship.


Commentary hypes up the WrestleMania card as it currently stands.

Asuka vs. Liv Morgan vs. Natalya vs. Ruby Riott vs. Sarah Logan vs. Shayna Baszler (WWE Raw Women’s Championship #1 Contender’s Match)

Ruby Riott and Natalya to start, Riott gets a nearfall off a folding press, stacks her up in the corner but evades the slingshot atomic drop to the outside. Nattie throws her into a support beam, and again into the chains, snap suplex, pick the legs, thinking Sharpshooter and she gets it! Ruby kicks her hard into the Lexan of the pod! Scaling the chain, Riott hits a senton to follow it up before rolling her back inside for the cover and the nearfall!

Back to the outside, Ruby plants her with an STO and chokes her against the chain! Neidhart under her in the electric chair, Riott hangs onto the chain but Nattie gets it... ELECTRIC CHAIR DROP INTO THE CAGE WALL! The countdown timer ticks...

Sarah Logan is out third!

Shotgun knees put Neidhart into the Lexan, smashing her face-first before going after Ruby. Riott climbs the wall and atop a pod to get away, Sarah joins her, jockeying for position... POP-UP HEADBUTT FROM LOGAN! She kicks Ruby off and Riott clings to the wall, Natalya out from under her... POWERBOMB! SARAH LOGAN DIVING CROSSBODY!

Back inside, Logan and Riott going at it in the turnbuckles, Neidhart underneath them... TOWER OF DOOM! The countdown timer ticks...

Shayna Baszler is out fourth!

She dumps Nattie into the post, Yokosuka Cutter for Logan, Kirifuda Clutch applied...

Sarah Logan is eliminated by submission with the Kirifuda Clutch from Shayna Baszler.

Same process for Ruby Riott...

Ruby Riott is eliminated by submission with the Kirifuda Clutch from Shayna Baszler.

Baszler clobbering Natalya, throwing her into a pod and slamming the Lexan door on her over and over again, choking her with the Kirifuda Clutch...
