WWE wasted no time getting right to its big new signing on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Indeed, the show kicked off with Michael Cole telling us all about how former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski had signed and how he’s here to be the host for the two-night WrestleMania 36 showcase.
Naturally, Mojo Rawley showed up to introduce his best friend, because apparently the two are inseparable.

It would seem he won’t play a character so much as just be himself. That works, considering the fact that the man basically is a character.
He’s not terrible at talking, at least!

Naturally, King Corbin was used as the wrestler to show up and embarrass himself in the name of getting Gronk over in his first appearance, to the tune of getting pushed down. Elias showed up for a song, and the segment ended with Gronkowski advocating for Corbin vs. Elias at WrestleMania 36.
Yeah.
