That guy is fantastic. He really can make anything work.
For what it’s worth, his appearance came after Cena was interviewed by Michael Cole and said he does indeed believe the time is now for the next generation of stars and he doesn’t believe Wyatt should be included in that list. Who did he include? Drew McIntyre, Tommaso Ciampa, Matt Riddle, Rhea Ripley, and Velveteen Dream were the names he dropped.
WWE may have done a poor job of setting up the match, but both Wyatt and Cena have done one hell of a job turning that around and making this a story worth investing in.
