Goldberg vs. Bray Wyatt for the Universal championship is happening

Goldberg’s big return on Friday Night SmackDown this week wasn’t much of a return at all, in the sense that he didn’t actually show up to the arena. Nope, he’s a big enough star now that he can just show up live via satellite!

He said he was inspired by the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, enough so that he wanted to go after the Universal championship he held for such a short time years ago. That means challenging Bray Wyatt, of course.

Naturally, they cut into the Firefly Fun House, where Wyatt was acting as a news anchor.

He had an exclusive!

“He accepts.”

They didn’t immediately specify when exactly this Universal title match will take place but it’s safe to assume Super ShowDown on Feb. 27 in Saudi Arabia fits the bill.
