We’ve been hearing that Matt Hardy is finished up with WWE for a couple weeks now, from multiple outlets, and the company just keeps bringing him back to television. That’s at least in part because he did such a fantastic job helping sell this story with Edge and Randy Orton.
Hardy was booked for a No Holds Barred match against Orton for this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw but it never happened. Hardy sold a neck injury from the beating he took last week, saying he couldn’t get clearance from WWE doctors to compete.
That, of course, was a nice set up for Orton to do the dastardly deed of attacking him once again.
Horror on #Raw.

Hardy’s contract is reportedly up in early March, so this could be the actual write off.
If so, he did one hell of a job on the way out.
