Here’s who’s reportedly in WWE’s next Performance Center class

Between the pandemic limiting independent shows and increased competition from AEW & others, the groups of wrestler signings WWE announces a few times a year aren’t quite as headline-grabbing as they were back in the days of Heidi Lovelace & Tommy End reporting to the Performance Center.

It’s still fun to keep tabs on who’s headed where and scout the future, though. And a report from Wrestling Observer today (Nov. 13) gives us a chance to do just that.

Kentuckian Alex Zayne has signed with WWE, according to Dave Meltzer. Listed at 6’ 1” and 185 pounds, the high flier who calls himself “The Sauce” has appeared for Impact, Ring of Honor, and on New Japan’s U.S. based show. He worked what was billed as his final indie date last Sunday at GCW So Much Fun.

Said to be joining Zayne are Zach Wentz and Dezmond Xavier of The Rascalz. The duo are finishing up at Impact along with teammate Trey Miguel, and a rumor earlier this week said all three were WWE-bound. Per the Observer, however, Miguel has interest from AEW, so his next stop isn’t a done deal yet.

These guys would join Ben Carter in the next class announced for the PC.
