The final round of night two of the WWE Draft saw these picks:
- Raw: Titus O’Neil
- SmackDown: Carmella
- Raw: Peyton Royce
- SmackDown: Aleister Black
- Raw: Akira Tozawa
This was a strange round, considering who was remaining, although that could have been due entirely to the fact that they were promoting additional picks coming on Raw Talk immediately after the show. Names like Andrade, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, Natalya, and Lana all got left off here. Meanwhile, the likes of Titus O’Neil and Akira Tozawa were chosen.
SmackDown keeps Carmella, who has been the subject of a series of vignettes touting her new “Untouchable” character. She has yet to officially make her presence felt on an actual show but at least now we know it will be SmackDown when she does. Black moving over is probably for the best, considering he’ll likely have a higher ceiling on the blue brand.
