Controversial Superstar reportedly returning to WWE (Possible Spoiler)

About a month ago, former Total Divas star Eva Maria was quoted as saying she had “unfinished business” in WWE.

According to multiple reports, she’s going to get a chance to finish that business real soon.

Cultaholic first broke the story, and PWInsider has confirmed that Eva Marie recently re-signed with WWE, and is in Orlando for this week’s tapings at the ThunderDome.

Signed in 2013 for the E! reality series, a couple years later Eva Marie and Brian Kendrick started training. Their social media postings caught fans’ attention, and when she debuted in NXT in 2015 and was able to generate a tremendous amount of heat for a quick feud with then-Women’s champion Bayley. WWE moved her to the main roster the next year with a rollout designed to continue getting the same reactions. It was working, too, but a Wellness Policy violation in August of 2016 resulted in a 30 day suspension she ended up never returning from. About a year later she officially left the company to pursue acting and other ventures.

Now, after a couple small movie roles and a run on CBS’ Celebrity Big Brother, it appears she’s back.
