Shorty G and Dash Wilder of The Revival had a match on the Jan. 3 episode of SmackDown, set up by some height jokes backstage.
G made Dash tap, then Scott Dawson left the announce table for the obligatory two-on-one beatdown. Then the familiar sound of “Hellfire” hit the loud speakers in Memphis.

Sheamus hit the ring, and The Top Guys hit the road. But this wasn’t good news for the Olympian. Maybe it’s because the former WWE champ has been complaining about how soft SmackDown is for weeks in promos heralding his return. Maybe he just doesn’t like Shorty’s “Rise over Size” motto.
Either way, he got Brogue Kick-ed inside out.

Looks like at least a short (get it?) program with fka Chad Gable may be first on The Celtic Warrior’s agenda.
