So Humberto Carrillo earned a United States title match by losing a United States title match?
Makes sense.
Carrillo versus Andrade could be a great rivalry that sustains WWE for years, but after tearing up the Royal Rumble pre-show, I don’t know if anyone was clamoring for an immediate rematch.
During the second hour of this week’s episode of Raw, Andrade put his title on the line versus Carrillo. The match was not as good as Sunday’s and saw Zelina Vega get involved in the outcome.
Following a moonsault from Carrillo, Vega jumped in the ring and broke up the pinfall. The challenger got the win, but the champ retained his title.

Post-match, Humberto Carrillo showed some fire and hit a hammerlock DDT on Andrade, bouncing his skull off the exposed concrete floor.
Andrade is a made man, but what about Humberto Carrillo? Do you see star potential in Carrillo?
