Big E took a lot of pleasure in Seth Rollins’ pain

If you follow his social media, or watch Austin Creed/Xavier Woods’ UpUpDownDown, you know that WWE Universal champ Seth Rollins is a big fan of the Chicago Bears.

With Rollins getting the mega-push as Raw’s top babyface and the Bears a trendy pick to be one of the NFL’s best teams in 2019, WWE is promoting his fandom more than ever. They made a big deal out of Seth and his fiance Becky Lynch (maybe you’ve heard of her?) attending the season opener in Chicago’s Soldier Field last night (Thurs., Sept. 5).

Unfortunately, the night didn’t go as hoped for Rollins and the Chicago faithful. In a match-up with hated rivals the Green Bay Packers, Chicago lost 10 - 3. And if you have followed Seth’s relationship with the Bears over the years, you know that means you’ll eventually get one of these:

Big E knows it. It’s not clear if E is a Packers fan specifically (he is tight with his old college teammate at Iowa, Mike Daniels, who played seven years for Green Bay, but Daniels is with the Detroit Lions now) or just likes laughing at his friends (we know he likes laughing at his friends). But Large Epsilon relishes Bears’ losses for one reason:

And as last night’s game wound to a close and the Monsters of the Midway ran out of chances, E was ready to relish...
