With SmackDown in his hometown of Atlanta, and his guy Ric Flair doing appearances (and filming a backstage scene with his daughter), platinum-selling hip hop artist Offset introduced Charlotte Flair for match against Sasha Banks last night (Tues., Sept. 17).

The man who gave us “Ric Flair Drip” told Kayla Braxton backstage that this was a dream come true for a lifelong wrestling fan (and revealed that Migos are working on a new album):
But it was The Boss who got the last word.
Her latest showdown with The Queen may have resulted in a DQ loss when Bayley attacked Charlotte, and a surprise run-in from Carmella may have thwarted The Connection’s latest beatdown attempt. But Sasha had a dagger when it came to Flair’s high wattage intro:

For those who don’t follow rap beefs or entertainment news in general, Offset is the husband of award-winning hip hop artist Cardi B. Cardi and Nikki Minaj, uh, don’t get along.
To put it in terms wrestling fans will understand, theirs is a Bret/Shawn-type rivalry. Although, given that their fans also fight each other, Sasha/Alexa is probably the better comp.
As we all learned a few months back, a love of the graps is something Cardi shares with her man. Maybe Bacardi will respond to Banks?
