What is this that stands before me? Figure in black which points at me. Turn around quick, and start to run... Find out I’m the chosen one, and that’s why I’m here to liveblog this pro wrestling show for you, folks.
The pre-show opens with host Jonathan Coachman welcoming us to the show and introducing his panel, tonight consisting of Booker T, Charly Caruso, and “A-List” David Otunga. They shill for the WWE Network and run down the card for us. The first match to get video package and panel discussion is Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch, followed by Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton.
Kofi Kingston and Big E are interviewed remotely and lo and behold, Xavier Woods is good to go! Kofi cuts a promo about how he’s going to beat Orton. Roman Reigns vs. Erick Rowan is the next to get video package and panel discussion before we go to ringside for our first match of the evening.
Drew Gulak (c) vs. Humberto Carrillo vs. Lince Dorace (WWE Cruiserweight Championship)
Gulak in with a dropkick on Carrillo, grappling with Dorado, Lince kicks him off and Humberto comes in as the luchadors work Drew over. Double dropkicks sesnd the champion rolling to the corner, springboard arm drag puts the champ on the floor, off the ropes, Dorado with a kick, whip, Gulak picks the leg and pulls Humberto out! Lince with a springboard crossbody to take both guys out! Off the timekeeper’s barricade... DIVING FRANKENSTEINER!
Dorado still in charge, taking Carrillo back inside but Gulak shoves him off the top and sends the Golden Lynx tumbling! Humberto in with a kick, whip reversed, up and over, back roll into a backflip, duck a lariat, springboard crossbody for two! Wristlock applied, kicks to the midsection, knucklelock, up top but Drew pulls him down and covers him for two!
Following it up with an armbar, kneeling on Carrillo’s neck. The luchador sits up, Drew wrenches him around and into a standing armbar. Humberto stands up, pump kick in the corner, Lince back up on the apron, cuts him off, springboard crossbody for two! Knees for Gulak, rolling sunset flip... COUNTERED INTO A FIREMAN’S CARRY GUTBUSTER! Leg trap half nelson applied, Dorado slings him off, handspring kick connects!
Carrillo rolls back in, rolling thunder dropkick, Stinger Splash, snapmare into a dropkick and Humberto is fired up! Back roll into a standing moonsault... NOT ENOUGH! Off the ropes, handspring Japanese arm drag and another dropkick sends Gulak to the floor! Back body drop Lince to the apron, enzuigiri connects, Drew has him in an electric chair... TOPE CON GIRO DOOMSDAY DEVICE!
Back inside, Humberto up top, missile dropkick clips the Golden Lynx but Gulak breaks it up! Drew puts him into the turnbuckles, suplex lift puts him up top and they jockey for position... CARRILLO DIVING MOONSAULT, GULAK WITH A FOOT UP BUT HE HAD IT SCOUTED... SHARPSHOOTER! Dorado adds a hold, Gulak slips out and throws Lince into Humberto... NOT ENOUGH!
Scoop, Dorado slips out, Carrillo picks him off into a schoolboy for two! Drew with one of his one, Lince breaks it up and all three men start trading strikes until they’re all left down and out! Dorado in with chops on Humberto, Carrillo fires back with his own, jockeying for position in the corner, Gulak pulls Lince down but eats a superkick in turn! Dorado up top... AVALANCHE FRANKENSTEINER!
Lince heads back up top... NOBODY HOME ON THE SHOOTING STAR PRESS! Springboard enzuigiri from Carrillo, Aztec Press... GULAK PULLS HIM OFF THE COVER AND THROWS HIM INTO THE POST! BRIDGING PIN...
Drew Gulak wins by pinfall with a bridging waistlock pin on Lince Dorado to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
The pre-show panel moves on to the SmackDown Women’s Championship with the usual video package and discussion treatment, as well as an interview with Bayley and Sasha Banks where they talk about how they’re going to win their matches tonight. We head back to ringside for our second preshow match.
AJ Styles (c) vs. Cedric Alexander (WWE United States Championship)
Styles charging right in, Alexander scoops him up... MICHINOKU DRIVER OUT THE GATES ISN’T ENOUGH! Off the ropes... TOPE CON GIRO! Back inside, Cedric fired up, Neuralyzer is good for two! Chop in the corner, back body drop to the apron, gamegiri follows it up and Alexander goes for a springboard but AJ cuts him off and puts him face-first into the turnbuckles!
Following to the apron... SHEERDROP BRAINBUSTER ON THE APRON! STYLES CLASH ON THE FLOOR! Back inside, cover... NOPE! Ushigoroshi connects, Cedric in agony but Styles slow to capitalize, drawing him up and Alexander fires back! Chop for kick, Calf Killer locked on but Cedric gets the ropes! AJ laying kicks in, trying to knot Cedric’s legs up but he catches one and pastes Styles with a back elbow!
Springboard reverse STO... NOPE! Alexander up on his feet but limping, AJ hits a scoop inverted DDT to cut him right back off! Calling for the elbow... PHENOMENAL FOREARM! Lifting Cedric up...
AJ Styles wins by pinfall with the Styles Clash to retain the WWE United States Championship.
Post-match, AJ puts boots to Cedric and calls Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows down to beat him up. Big Hoot with a big boot, Machine Gun with mounted punches, and the OC pose with Too Sweets in the air.
The panel runs the card down one last time to close the pre-show out.
The main show kicks off with a video package about how every title is on the line tonight.
Braun Strowman & Seth Rollins (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode (WWE Raw Tag Team Championship)
Strowman and Roode to start, Robert cautious and Braun clubs him down and roars. Roode with a side headlock, Strowman shrugs him off, Ziggler tags in, sleeper hold, Braun shrugs him off and decks Bobby for good measure! Charging in, corner lariat, tag to Rollins, whip into a forearm and he freight trains Dolph before leaving the ring. Cover gets two, suplex denied, Ziggler with a back elbow and the tag.
Double whip, Seth cuts them off and starts striking on both men only to eat a northern forearm from Robert and the big DDT on the floor from Dolph! Throwing Rollins into the barricade, Roode legal and he takes things back inside for a pin for two. Mounted punches, taking him into the corner, tag to Ziggler and they continue to work Seth over. Dolph with a sleeper hold, Seth with a jawbreaker but Ziggler hits the Fameasser... NOPE!
Roode tags in, striking in the corner, straight suplex for two and he follows it up by choking Rollins over the bottom rope. Dolph with a cheap shot, Robert up to the second rope, Seth ducks under, boot up, to the second himself for the blockbuster! Ziggler tags back in, counter a buckle bomb into a sunset flip and go back to the sleeper hold!
Crawling, reaching, Dolph shoves him back away and goes for the big DDT but Seth counters into the Falcon Arrow! Tag to Strowman, he runs through Ziggler and sets him up for the Stinger Splash! Heading around the floor, pounces take both Roode and Ziggler out! Back inside, another Stinger Splash sets him up for the powerslam but Dolph escapes by raking the eyes and puts Strowman into the post!
Superkick from Dolph, tag to Roode, Glorious DDT countered and Rollins tags in! Springboard knee, Avada Kedavra, Seth has him where he wants him! Superkick, off the ropes, Ziggler picks the leg, Glorious DDT reversed, Sling Blade connects! Suicide dive on Ziggler, Seth back up on the apron, springboard, nobody home, Roode with the spinning spinebuster... NOT ENOUGH!
Bobby fired up and calling for it, Braun freight trains him but accidentally puts Seth into the corner in the process, Roode recovers...
Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode win by pinfall with the Glorious DDT from Roode on Seth Rollins to win the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship.
Post-match, Braun is very disappointed.
Strowman walks into an interview backstage.
He says he didn’t lose the tag titles, Seth Rollins did, just like he’s gonna lose the Universal Championship when he gets These Hands.
Becky Lynch is interviewed backstage.
She disagrees with Braun and says both she and Seth are going to retain tonight. Sasha Banks is the one with everything to prove tonight, she says, here and now tonight. She’s already answered her critics with the greatest twelve-month run in WWE history, victory after victory and a litany of “first ever”s and Sasha... dyed her hair. When Banks aimed for her head with the chair, she called for the Man, and now the table is set and the Man comes around.
Bayley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair (WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship)
Flair right in with a big boot... SO CLOSE! Bayley rolls to the floor for some breathing space and Charlotte beckons her in with the international “come get some” sign! Rolling out after her, giving chase, back inside and Flair lights her up with chops! Scoop, Bayley slips out, mat slam connects and the champion takes a beat to recover. Boot up, forearm, scoop into an overhead exploder suplex and a kip-up... NOPE!
Pick the leg, dragging the Hugger around the ring but she grabs the bottom rope and kicks the Queen off before heading to the floor. Flair puts her hard into the timekeeper’s barricade and then again into the barricade on the far side of the announce tables! Back inside, cover for two, shoulder thrusts in the corner and a wicked forearm before hanging Bayley’s leg up on the middle rope and dropping a knee across her knee!
Spinning toehold, figure four countered into a pin but Charlotte kicks out and nails the champion with a kick! Putting boots to her in the corner, referee Rod Zapata backs her off, Bayley passes Flair into an exposed turnbuckle...
Bayley wins by pinfall after putting Charlotte Flair’s head into an exposed turnbuckle to retain the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship.
Bayley gets the hell outta Dodge!
We get a video package recapping King of the Ring and Kevin Owens getting fired.
New Day (Big E & Xavier Woods) (c) vs. the Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) (WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship)
Woods and Wilder to start, Dawson trying to interfere but Xavier has him scouted and gets to striking Dash in the corner. Second try interference goes better, Wilder wrenching Woods’ leg in the corner but Xavier cuts him off on the charge and E hits a lariat on Dawson on the floor! Big chops, jawing at Dash, whip reversed, duck a lariat, slide low, tag to Big, kick to the midsection and E comes in hot with the big Rock Bottom out of the corner for two!
Wristlock, dragging Wilder out to the apron and clubbing away, but Scott pulls Woods off the apron and creates an opening for Dash to hit a wicked neckbreaker drop off the apron to take E out! Back inside, cover for two, tag to Dawson and they catapult Big into the middle rope for one! Leg drop, elbow drop, falling headbutt, tag to Dash, assisted leg drop... NOPE!
Bodyscissors rear chinlock, chainsawing his forearm bone across E’s face, Big escapes but the Revival take him into the corner to beat him down! Dawson legal, overhead elbow into a bodyscissors and now it’s his turn to chainsaw E’s face but Big gets to vertical with him on his back! Scott rakes the eyes and smashes E’s face into the turnbuckles!
Uppercuts, Big whips him into the corner and follows with another big Rock Bottom! Tags made, Woods in hot, duck the lariat, clear the apron, big forearms for Scott! Kick to the midsection, whip reversed, duck a chop, big tijeras! Honor Roll connects on Wilder, Dawson puts him to the apron and Xavier hits a springboard DDT... DASH BREAKS IT UP BY DIVING ONTO HIS KNEE!
Wilder ducks the suicide spear, dive of his own... E CATCHES HIM BUT THE REVIVAL HIT SHATTER MACHINE ON HIM ON THE FLOOR! Woods fighting back two on one, the Dash nails him with a chop block and leaves Xavier screaming agony! Desperate strikes, the Revival hit Shatter Machine but Wilder wants to go harder after the knee! Dawson tears Woods’ tights off the bad knee, Trailer Hitch applied in the middle of the ring!
Xavier screaming agony, crawling for the rope but he can’t take it...
The Revival win by submission with a Trailer Hitch from Scott Dawson on Xavier Woods to win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
Post-match the Revival cut a promo telling us we’re welcome.
They denigrate the way New Day carried themselves as champions and say we can consider ourselves... Revived. They also talk Randy Orton up ahead of his match against Kofi Kingston.
Backstage, Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross are interviewed.
Bliss deflects a question and Cross says she thinks she made her point on Tuesday and tonight is about retaining their titles. The boom mic drops into frame and we see that R-Truth is the mic operator, with Carmella at his side. He compliments Alexa’s voice and she grabs the mic to tell all the 24/7 title folks that Truth is here, at which point they all run past, including Drake Maverick, who thanks her.
Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross (c) vs. Fire and Desire (Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville) (WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship)
Cross and Rose to start, aggressive collar and elbow, Mandy with a scoop and a slam. Disdainful kick, off the ropes, cartwheel into taunts and Nikki lays her out with a lariat and a mocking hip swivel! Dropkick connects, tag to Deville, Cross gets on her with a sleeper hold but Sony slips her off and kicks her! Schoolboy pin for two, tag to Bliss.
Assisted Stinger Splash, snap suplex, Sonya gets away and tags out. Drop toehold from Alexa, charging in, forearms in the corner, catch a kick and Bliss slaps the taste out of Rose’s mouth! Another one, the big forearm, Insault to Injury... NOPE! R-Truth comes running through, Alexa with the schoolboy... SO CLOSE! Truth runs away and the crush of 24/7 title contenders follows!
Mandy looking for a German suplex, tag to Deville, and she comes in with a hard kick to the midsection! Rear chinlock applied, smashing Bliss’ face into the turnbuckles, tag to Rose! They work Alexa over, delayed vertical suplex sets up a running knee... NOT ENOUGH! Bodyscissors follows, Bliss posts out of it, lands a forearm but gets kicked in the midsection to follow it.
Rose legal again, forearms in the corner, schoolboy from Alexa nearly ends it! Mandy jawing at her, ducking strikes, simultaneous forearms! Tags made, Cross in hot with forearms! Fired up, Stinger Splash into a bulldog, fending Mandy off, back suplex takes Sonya down! Nikki up top, diving crossbody... STILL NO! Alexa tags in, up top, Rose puts Cross into the apron!
Deville with an Iconoclasm, tag to Mandy! Total Elimination... CROSS BREAKS IT UP! Nikki tags in, heads up top, nobody home, roll through, clear the apron. Sidestep the running knee, setting her up...

We get a video package for WWE’s efforts to battle childhood cancer.
Commentary recaps the action of the pre-show.
Sami Zayn makes his entrance in a neckbrace to complain about the Undertaker hurting him.
But he’s a trooper, so he’s still here to support his guy Shinsuke Nakamura.
Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. the Miz (WWE Intercontinental Championship)
Collar and elbow, Nakamura with a waistlock, all while Zayn cheers him on over a live microphone. Arm drag to reverse, Shinsuke gets an armbar, shift to a hammerlock, reversed, slip away, Miz punches him in the face! Nakamura backs him into the corner, choking the A-Lister, he fires back with chops and a big knee lift before hitting a boot off the ropes.
Cover for one, chops in the corner, chainsawing his forearm across the champion’s face, back body drop and he pulls Nakamura off the apron from the floor! Throwing Sami’s mic way up the ramp, back inside, Shinsuke boots Miz off the apron! Running knee, guillotine knee drop into chest kicks in the ring but the A-Lister gets his leg caught up in the ropes and axe kicks the other down!
Punches and stomps into the corner, chest kicks of his own, running knees in the corner set up the Awesome Clothesline! Diving double axehandle for a nearfall! Pick the leg, knees to the back of the knee but Nakamura reverses a figure four attempt into a cross armbar! Miz reverses to a pin, kick to the midsection, basement DDT... NOT HAPPENING! Chest kicks, Shinsuke ducks the buzzsaw into a schoolboy!
Reversing Skull-Crushing Finale into a kick combo, Miz ducks both of them but Nakamura gets him in the ropes... SNAP SLIDING GERMAN SUPLEX! Putting boots to his challenger in the corner, gourdbuster connects and Shinsuke lays in wait but Miz sidesteps the knee! Shoulder kneebreaker, spinning toehold, the figure four leglock is on in the middle of the ring!
Shinsuke gets the ropes to force the break! Kicks connect, Sami runs interference... KINSHASA TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD CAN’T PUT MIZ AWAY! Fired up and waiting, charge in, countered... SKULL-CRUSHING FINALE BUT SAMI GETS IN THE ROPES AND FORCES REFEREE DANILO ANFIBIO TO WARN HIM OFF! Miz has had enough and chases after Zayn on the floor but Nakamura meets him with a roundhouse kick!

Commentary hypes up SmackDown moving to Fox and the announcement of the new draft and the re-emphasizing of the brand split.
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Sasha Banks (WWE Raw Women’s Championship)
Circling, Banks jawing and Lynch hauls off and slaps her! Repeatedly smashing her face into the mat, catching a boot into a dragon screw, charging forearm in the corner connects! Off the ropes, tilt-a-whirl Bank Statement attempt blocked, roll-through, Dis-Arm-Her but Sasha slips out and bails to the floor! Up to the apron, faking out, Becky off the ropes with a baseball slide!
Following out after the Boss, up off the steel steps with a forearm and she takes Banks back inside. Series of kicks, headed up top but Sasha catches her and puts boots to her in the corner. Knee from the apron, back inside, seated surfboard with a foot in Lynch’s back! Off the ropes, Meteora... NOPE! Banks fired up and jawing, Becky in with a forearm, swinging facebreaker connects for two!
Sasha to her feet, dragging Lynch around, scoop, slip out, sidestep the charge, thinking about the exploder but Banks puts a stop to it! Boot up in the corner, surfboard out of the turnbuckles, off the top... COUNTER DROPKICK! Both women down and out, referee Dan Engler with the standing ten count but they rise, trading forearms. Off the ropes, Becky with a series of lariats, an uppercut, pumphandle exploder suplex!
Fired up, knee lifts, off the ropes... CAUGHT INTO THE BANK STATEMENT CROSSFACE! The Man stands up, counter exploder suplex! Diving leg drop to follow, still just a nearfall! Setting Banks up top, jockeying for position... METEORA INTO A FOLDING PRESS BUT IT’S ONLY A NEARFALL! Corner knees, another set, Lynch down and out and Sasha slingshots in, rolling around, Bank Statement denied, Dis-Arm-Her countered!
Rolling around, second try works but Banks gets a foot on the ropes! Basement dropkick, missile dropkick, only a nearfall! Both women slow to recover, Lynch prowling, putting boots to her in the corner but the Boss gets her hung up... LUNGBLOWER! BANK STATEMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! BECKY CRAWLING, DESPERATE FOR THE ROPES BUT SASHA READJUSTS!
Countered to a pin, force the break, Banks yanks Lynch’s arm over the bottom rope and goes and gets a chair and throws it in the ring. Second chair while referee Dan Engler is taking care of the first one, gutshot, back in, Shining Wizard... BECKY LYNCH KICKS OUT! Back to the floor, getting the first chair again, again Engler pulls it away, Becky gets it and swings, Sasha ducks... REFEREE DAN ENGLER EATS THE CHAIRSHOT AND HE’S DOWN AND OUT!
Lynch wails on Banks with the chair and follows out after her to the floor, where Sasha bails into the crowd and runs away! The Man gives chase, up the stairs, trading shots... DIS-ARM-HER AROUND THE STEEL GUARDRAIL! Fighting up into the concourse and back out into the crowd. Down the stairs, Lynch in control, Banks fights back but Becky turns the tide once more as they go back to the floor.
The Boss rams her into the barricade for some breathing room, throwing her across the floor into another barricade, dragging her around by her hair as commentary announces that they match has officially ended...
Sasha Banks wins by disqualification.
Back in the ring, steel chair in hand, Lynch kicks it away from her and waffles it across her back! Setting the chair up, she sits in it and jaws at Sasha before smashing her face into the seat repeatedly... DIS-ARM-HER IN THE CHAIR! BANKS TAPS BUT THE MATCH IS LONG OVER! Referees and road agents swarm the ring to pull Becky off of her!
Referee Jason Ayers gives Lynch the title belt and she backs off, posing on the stage.
Kofi Kingston (c) vs. Randy Orton (WWE Championship)
Circling, collar and elbow, Orton backing Kingston into a corner and breaking late but clean at referee Charles Robinson’s behest. Back to circling, side headlock from Randy, shot off, shoulder block, waistlock applied, Orton dropping to one knee to block the counter but Kofi gets the standing switch. Back elbow, side headlock, down to the mat, the Viper in charge, shot off, shoulder block again and this time the Viper hits his pose.
Off the ropes, leapfrog, leapfrog, jumping back elbow staggers the challenger! Charging lariat, big corner forearm, and Orton bails to the floor. Back inside, handful of hair to back Kingston into the corner but the champion escapes with a chop! More corner chops, Kofi ducks a lariat and lights the Viper up with chops until he gets cut off with a thumb to the eye!
Randy with chops of his own, nailing him right in the throat but Kingston gets a gamengiri from the apron. Shoulder thrust countered with a knee, Orton hangs him over the top rope before knocking him down with a knee! Taking the champion to the announce table, smashing his face into it before suplexing Kingston into the barricade! Suplex back over the barricade, and finishing with the back suplex into the announce desk!
Back inside, Orton presses the attack and puts Kofi shoulder-first into the post before posing in the ropes! Breaking the count, but Kingston with punches and chops by the steps. Orton blocks an attempt to smash his face into the steps and instead puts Kofi’s face into the steel steps! Back inside, cover for two, whip into the corner but Kingston explodes back out and knocks him down!
Both men down and out, dragging themselves up the ropes, Orton with a back body drop to the apron but Kofi springboards in with a lariat! Fired up, big double chops from the champ, a dropkick sets up the Superman Lariat and Kofi follows it up with the Boom Drop! Calling for it, but Orton counters Trouble in Paradise with the back to back backbreaker!
Thinking about the hanging DDT, countered with a back body drop to the floor! Off the ropes... TRUST FALL SENTON DIVE! Back inside, up top, diving crossbody but Randy rolls through... SO CLOSE! SOS denied, the Viper hits a dropkick for two! Kofi striking away but Randy rakes his eyes to put a stop to it. Off the ropes... SOS GETS TWO! Up top for a followup, Orton cuts him off!
Jockeying for position, Randy wants the superplex but Kofi trips him up! Off the ropes... SNAP SCOOP POWERSLAM FOR TWO! Following it up... HANGING DDT! The Viper going to that special place... Kingston with a schoolboy for two! Gamengiri from the apron, Orton staggered in the ropes, Kofi stalks after him... RKO! BUT KINGSTON GOT A FOOT ON THE ROPES!
The Viper stalks his prey, thinking about the punt... Kofi ducks it! TROUBLE IN PARADISE! IT’S OVER!

Erick Rowan vs. Roman Reigns (No Disqualification Match)
Reigns fired up, attacking Rowan mid-entrance, brawling in the ramp! Erick in the ring, we get a bell and Roman mounts him in the turnbuckles for big punches! Off the ropes, Rowan with an elbow, he dumps the Big Dog to the floor and follows it up by clubbing his back and landing a wicked headbutt. Whip into the timekeeper’s barricade, back suplex facebuster into the announce desk!
Throwing Reigns into another barricade, smashing his face into the steel steps, but Roman sidesteps a charge and Erick goes shoulder-first into the steel! Reigns gets a kendo stick but Rowan clobbers him with the steps! Erick with the kendo stick, wailing on him, they fight into the crowd, Rowan picking up a trash can and throwing it at the Big Dog!
Punching away at Roman, Reigns firing back, they head back over the barricade and to the ringside area... DRIVE-BY! The Big Dog clears the announce table... ROWAN HITS THE FREIGHT TRAIN CROSSBODY OUTTA NOWHERE! Back inside, Erick lays mounted punches in and follows them with a boot. Throwing the Big Dog into the turnbuckles, choking him with a boot, elbow drop off the ropes and the big splash!
Rowan pops up to the second, diving corkscrew uppercut... NOPE! Running kick to the ribs, jawing at Roman to stay down, and kicking him in the ribs again! Drawing Reigns up, the Big Dog fights back with body blows but gets caught with a Side Effect for a nearfall! Forearm smash, Reigns ducks a lariat and clotheslines Erick to the floor! The big man picks the leg and drags the Big Dog out and puts him into the post!
Chucking one of the covers for the LED ring skirt, Rowan hits the back suplex facebuster into the exposed apron and follows it up with a big boot! Back inside, cover for two, and Erick goes back to the steel steps, throwing them into the ring! He picks them up and bids Roman come on only to get caught by a Samoan drop! Reigns dragging himself back to his feet, he sidesteps the charge and grabs the steps himself this time, clobbering Rowan with them!
Superman Punch connects... NOPE! Roman heads to the floor, off the steep steps, caught... CHOKEBOMB THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE! Back inside, cover... STILL NO! Back outside, Erick throws him over the timekeeper’s barricade and they brawl back into the crowd and to the tech area! Smashing each other into the equipment, Reigns with right hands, Erick has the claw... CLAWSLAM THROUGH A TABLE!
Fireman’s carry to the stage, stalking out after the Big Dog, Rowan grabs the camera boom but Roman pulls some kind of rod out of the the lights and hits Erick with it! Following that up, shot with the camera boom, another one... SUPERMAN PUNCH! Lining him up down the ramp, Reigns howls but the spear gets cut off with a boot... IT’S LUKE HARPER! HE’S BACK! They throw Reigns back in the ring, assisted corner body avalanche... DISCUS LARIAT!
Harper with a half nelson, Rowan with the claw...
Erick Rowan wins by pinfall with the clawslam.
Post-match, Harper and Rowan embrace.
Seth Rollins is interviewed backstage.
He says he doesn’t give a damn what Braun Strowman thinks happened in the tag title match, and he has to focus on the future, and that’s him defending the Universal Championship. He respects Braun and even considers him a friend, but it’s not his time and tonight isn’t his night.

Seth dragging himself up the ropes, springboard knee lands true and he immediately follows it up with a second! Up top... CAUGHT INTO A GOOZLE AND CLUBBED TO THE MAT! To the floor, freight train connects, and again a second time!
Looking for a third, Seth with a drop toehold and Braun goes flying over the German announce table! Off the ropes... SUICIDE DIVE! Strowman sent into the announce table a second time and it crumbles! Another dive, caught, powerslam denied and Rollins puts the big man into the steps. A superkick sends him over the Spanish table, Seth up top but Braun recvoers and shoves him into the ring!
Jockeying for position... Braun’s nose bloodied, he shoves Rollins down and perches... 747 SPLASH! SLOW TO COVER BECAUSE HE JAMMED HIS KNEE ON THE IMPACT... NOPE! Powerslam countered into a sleeper hold, Strowman flagging but not failing, down on both knees, but he fires up and slings Seth off his back! SETH HITS BLACKOUT AND BRAUN KICKS OUT AT ONE?! Another Blackout... STILL NOT ENOUGH!
Out of the corner, a third Blackout... BRAUN KICKS OUT! Rollins out of the corner... HE BARELY DUCKS THE POWERSLAM WHEN BRAUN’S KNEE GIVES OUT! PEDIGREE! A FOURTH BLACKOUT! IT’S OVER!
Seth Rollins wins by pinfall with Blackout to retain the WWE Universal Championship.
Post-match, the lights go out and commentary shuts up...
