Some of these likely indicate or support storylines we’re going to see play out on our screens in the coming days, weeks, and months. Some might just be performers booked to come out on the losing end of a match saying what you kind of need to say after coming out on the losing end of a match.
But if you were hoping SummerSlam would be the culmination of more than just the Charlotte Flair/Trish Stratus program last night...
Am I happy about still being WWE Champion? Of course. But I am NOT satisfied with the way the match ended. This thing between Randy and I, is not over. Not by a long shot.

We talked it. We walked it. I meant it. I respect you. This isn’t over. I’m still going to take your title. pic.twitter.com/duUVnykNIV

That’s okay. Just means I’ll have to learn how to beat all three. https://t.co/7wqa5SIMTB

BTW, Lorcan is as good a follow as he is a wrestler.
Of these, Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton will obviously continue, and pitting “WWE’s Resident Superhero” in a one against three feud isn’t shocking. Bayley and Becky Lynch seem destined for new challengers, and 205 Live usually makes guys get back in line after failed attempts to claim the Cruiserweight title.
But we’ll see.
In case you’re wondering, Finn Balor has not tweeted since his loss to Bray Wyatt. Presumably he’s still getting physical and emotional treatment after his run-in with The Fiend.
