Coming up on a year after she suffered a gruesome list of injuries to her knee and leg in a match against Rhea Ripley at last year’s Mae Young Classic, Tegan Nox returned to the ring at a NXT house show in Orlando last night (Thurs., July 25).
The 24 year old from Wales teamed with Jessi Kamea (fka Jessie Elaban) against Vanessa Borne & Aliyah. Nox was the hot tag - but sadly there were no reports of shining wizard from the girl with the shiniest one - and got the pin after hitting Borne with a fireman’s carry stunner:

She was grateful to be back, and for the reaction to her return:
The reactions to last night’s events made me make a smile that has been missing for a VERY long time! Thank you

Which included this brief note from a NXT Superstar who knows a thing or two about coming back from injuries (and who was spotted counseling Nox as she was being carried out of Full Sail with her second serious leg injury in as many years last August):
Tegan. Nox. #WelcomeBack

Ripley - who did some excellent online heel work following Tegan’s injury last year - has yet to comment.
Join us in welcoming Nox back to the ring!
