Last month, 6 time WWE Women’s champ and surefire Hall of Famer Mickie James announced she’d need to undergo surgery to repair an ACL.
The operation was today (July 16), and James went into it with a good attitude. Although she does seem to be questioning if, as she approaches her 40th birthday next month and seeing as WWE didn’t have her doing much prior to her injury, this might be the end of the road for her wrestling career:
Thank you all for your love, prayers, and well wishes. I am grateful! I’ll be just fine... if I come back... I’m coming back bionic!

We’ll worry about that later. For now, her hubby - NWA Worlds champ Nick Aldis - reports the Mickster is doing well after surgery:
UPDATE: Surgery was a complete success. I'm sure when she's feeling up to it she'll share more. Thank you all! https://t.co/RxCHyko2UQ

Get well soon, Ms. James!
