WWE 205 Live returns to WWE Network tonight (July 16, 2019), live on Tuesday nights, with a show from DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Advertised for tonight: Jack Gallagher vs. Chad Gable, a question about who will be coming for Drew Gulak’s Cruiserweight title now that he defeated Tony Nese one-on-one at Extreme Rules, and more on Mike Kanellis’ issues with General Manager Drake Maverick.

• Drew Gulak cuts a promo welcoming us to his 205 Live.
• The Singh Brothers get a promo about how it’s gonna be lights, camera, Bollywood action when they’re done with Tozawa.
• Akira Tozawa over Samir Singh by pinfall with a sunset flip.
• Post-match the brothers beat Tozawa down until Brian Kendrick makes the save and the babyfaces clear house.
• Mike Kanellis over Jackson James by pinfall with the rolling cutter.
• Post-match he calls Drake Maverick out and says he could have left and went anywhere he wanted but he stayed in WWE for two reasons— 1, to prove to his wife that he’s as good as he says he is by becoming Cruiserweight Champion, and 2, to kick Drake’s ass. Maverick tells him to look in the mirror and take some accountability and asks if he really thinks he’s better than all the guys that have busted their ass to build the brand. Mike takes a shot at his bedroom issues and Drake says he’s GM, not a wrestler, but Kanellis points out the 24/7 Championship situation. They continue bickering and Mike tries to bait him into getting mad... AND DRAKE HAULS OFF! HE’S HAD ENOUGH AND BEATS KANELLIS DOWN!
