Brock Lesnar needed an opponent for SummerSlam, WWE loves battle royals, so what could go wrong?
The main event of Raw featured Baron Corbin, Big E, Bobby Lashley, Braun Strowman, Cesaro, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins competing for a shot at the new Universal champion.
With Brock Lesnar seated on the top of the entrance ramp, Cesaro and Big E were the first eliminated from the battle royal. Bobby Lashley and Sami Zayn were the next ones thrown over the top rope. Baron Corbin tossed out Rey Mysterio and then Rollins eliminated the former Raw GM.
The Big Dog and The Monster Among Men were both knocked out by Rollins, leaving only Orton and The Beast Slayer in the ring.
RKO. RKO. RKO.

Despite having Rollins dead to rights on the apron, The Viper was unable to put him away on multiple occasions.

A Curb Stomp from Rollins was enough to stun Orton and eliminate him over the top rope. Post-match, Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins dueled on the mic with each man doing their best to drum up interest in the rematch.
Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins, again. Excited?
