Rollins, Lynch finally finish up with Corbin, Evans at Extreme Rules

If you didn’t know, and I don’t know how that could be, considering WWE has beat us over the head with it as much as possible lately, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are in a relationship. Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans tried to strain that relationship by setting a stipulation for their match at Extreme Rules tonight (July 14, 2019) in Philadelphia: winner take all.

That would mean, of course, that if Evans pinned Lynch, Rollins would lose the Universal championship to Corbin and if Corbin pinned Rollins, Lynch would lose the Raw women’s championship to Evans.

It didn’t matter in the end.

The match was strange from the outset, considering it was “EXTREME RULES” but they were working it like a normal mixed tag match until they just decided not to. It seemed they would stay away from intergender too, until late in the match when Corbin hit Lynch with the End of Days before turning to Rollins and shouting that he’s a “piece of shit.” Seth responded like a crazed maniac, blasting Baron repeatedly with a kendo stick, a chair, and then three straight Stomps.

That got the pin and the win for the happy couple.
