Latest Extreme Rules betting odds point to few surprises

Stuck in the dog days of summer, WWE Extreme Rules is only a few days from popping off.

Headlined by a pair of tag team matches, many have questioned whether Extreme Rules will just be a speed bump on the road to SummerSlam. Though with Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff looming larger, maybe WWE will shake things up more than usual.
