Full disclosure from the jump... this is more or less just fantasy booking, but I do think there are enough threads of evidence to make it a little more plausible than an entirely imaginary construct like, “wouldn’t it be cool if Cesaro was Seth Rollins’ challenger for the Universal title at SummerSlam?”
That would be very cool, but we also have no reason to believe it will come to pass.
Meanwhile, with reports that Sasha Banks and Vince McMahon have met, and progress made toward addressing the issues between WWE and the four time Raw Women’s champ, the return of The Boss is possible. Since her tag team with Bayley is no more, and Banks is still assigned to the red brand (not that that matters a whole lot in the Wild Card Era), when she does come back, she’ll need someone to feud with.
Few options make as much sense as the current Raw Women’s champ, Becky Lynch. And The Man hasn’t hesitated to plant seeds for that program on Twitter - something she did again at the end of last week, after the talk of Sasha’s meeting with McMahon hit the dirt sheets...
If she ever shows up again, I’m going to wreck her mind and mangle her body. Simple as that. https://t.co/A2IXh3MfD3

I really hope this is more than just fan dreams and social media trash talk, is all I’m saying.
For her part, The Boss is sticking with open-to-interpretation quotes and retweets. But that’s not a “No”!
Anybody else with me?
