Well that escalated quickly.
Despite both suffering decisive losses at Stomping Grounds, Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans just keep falling up. This week on Raw, the show opened with Seth Rollins attempting to cut a promo. Due to WWE leaning into their real life relationship hard, Becky Lynch playfully interrupted Rollins right before the Universal Champion was ready to make an important point.
Before Lynch and Rollins could continue their couple’s banter, Evans and Corbin tried for one of the worst sneak attacks in pro wrestling. Corbin’s music hit and it was Evans who tried to surprise Lynch.
It did not work.
Lynch punked Evans and soon thereafter Rollins humbled Corbin. As the heels left the ring with their tails between their legs, Corbin made some sexist remarks and challenged Lynch and Rollins to a tag team match at Extreme Rules.
Did @BaronCorbinWWE & @LaceyEvansWWE REALLY just call out @WWERollins & @BeckyLynchWWE for a match at #ExtremeRules?! #RAW pic.twitter.com/nMxFohfS3d

The champs accepted but then Corbin and Evans added a stipulation.
WINNERS TAKE ALL?!@BaronCorbinWWE & @LaceyEvansWWE are coming for EVERYTHING that @WWERollins & @BeckyLynchWWE hold sacred, and they want to take it at #ExtremeRules! #RAW pic.twitter.com/LscZL1iMPA

And for some reason Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch quickly agreed to their rivals’ demands of a winner take all match.
There you have it. Rollins and Lynch versus Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans appears to be set for Extreme Rules on July 14, 2019 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
