On Tuesday, Drake Maverick finally won the 24/7 championship. He was so happy!
It was just the cherry on top of a great week, as he was all set to marry indie wrestler and 2017 Mae Young Classic entrant Renee Michelle a few days later, Just about everyone saw shenanigans coming. And did they ever.
This looks to be the official title change, as R-Truth ruined the post-vow exchange walk back up the aisle for the happy couple...
It was the happiest day of @WWEMaverick's life...until @RonKillings CRASHED IT to once again become #247Champion! pic.twitter.com/eebwttjgbe

Since WWE is promoting it, and we know there was a company-licensed referee there to count three (on the train of the bridal gown, no less!)...
When duty calls.......This @WWE #247Title is no joke...thanks for the wedding invite @RonKillings. Beautiful Wedding @WWEMaverick. pic.twitter.com/Q2bypraHf4

That’s probably the lone in-continuity change. But there also may have been another one...
Earlier in the day, Drake tweeted a picture with an old nemesis from their days in Impact. Said nemesis’ father re-tweeted it with a warning:

Whoever has the belt, it’s no longer Drake. They may have taken his title, but they can never take memories like these...
UPDATE: WWE.com is rolling with Truth as champ, so it looks like Nicholas’ record as youngest champ in company history is safe.
UPDATE II: This could turn out to be the worst week of Drake’s life...
I can’t believe he allowed this to affect our wedding day! He is obsessed. The hell with this 24/7 thing!
