Full spoilers from NXT’s June 13, 2019 tapings at Full Sail

WWE.com

SummerSlam comes early this year, and that means NXT is already having their last television taping before TakeOver: Toronto 2 at their home base of Full Sail Live this week. That means we’ll probably have a good idea of the card for Sat., Aug. 10’s live special by the end of the night.

We’ll probably start seeing the action taped here during next month’s episodes of the black-and-gold brand’s regular Wednesday night series on WWE Network.

What do Triple H and team have in store for us? Join us as we start updating results live when as they roll in from Winter Park, Florida after the scheduled 6:30PM Eastern bell time:

  • Io Shirai makes her entrance. She leaves the crowd waiting for a few minutes before saying she doesn’t need friends or any of us and dropping the mic.
  • Matt Riddle over Arturo “Adrian Jaoude” Ruas. Post-match, Killian Dain runs in, attacks Riddle, and puts him through the stage.
  • KUSHIDA over Apollo Crews.
  • Adam Cole comes out for a promo segment, saying he’s going to be a fighting champion, starting with his next opponent “Big” Twan Tucker (who is a graduate of AIW’s wrestling school and was trained by Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae), but Twan says he didn’t come alone, and here’s Johnny Wrestling to brawl with Cole into the crowd, no match.
  • Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) (c) over Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship.
  • Post-match, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly come down to issue a challenge for the tag titles.
  • Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano come brawling out from the back and Gargano gets the upper hand, putting the Gargano Escape on Cole.
  • Jordan Myles over Angel Garza (NXT Breakout Tournament Semifinal Match)
  • Post-match, Shane Thorne was seen at the commentary desk, seemingly angry.
  • Bianca Belair over Xia Li.
  • Velveteen Dream comes out for a promo saying that the day he loses the title is the day the Experience dies and Roderick Strong isn’t big enough to ride. This brings Roddy out, who says that Dream is scared. Pete Dunne comes out in turn, lays Strong out, and stakes his claim to a title match against VD.
  • Io Shirai over Kacy Catanzaro by disqualification because Candice LeRae ran in and attacked Shirai.
  • Damian Priest over Keith Lee.
  • Tyler Breeze over Jaxson Ryker. Post-match the other Forgotten Sons beat Breeze down and Fandango makes the save! Breezango stand tall, reunited.
  • Cameron Grimes over Bronson Reed. (NXT Breakout Tournament Semifinal Match) Stokely Hathaway is at ringside scouting this one.
  • Shayna Baszler comes out and says she got Mia Yim’s message loud and clear and will be defending her NXT Women’s Championship against her at TakeOver. Mia comes out and says this is a fight Baszler can’t train for and that she’s got nothing to lose, to which Shayna says everyone will see that Yim is just street trash when she’s through with her.
  • Matt Riddle was scheduled to compete, but Killian Dain blindsided him and beat him down.
  • KUSHIDA over Jeff Parker.
  • William Regal comes out for a contract signing. They make it official— Fish & O’Reilly vs. Street Profits for the tag titles at TakeOver: Toronto 2!
  • Shane Thorne over Joaquin Wilde.
  • Pete Dunne over Roderick Strong.
  • Post-match, Velveteen Dream comes out and tries to attack Pete from behind but gets caught and laid out. Roddy says he’s still coming for the North American Championship.
