Their schedule got a little mixed up when TakeOver: XXV moved up a week on the calendar and across a continent on the map, but NXT is back in business filming new television at their home base of Full Sail Live this week. That means we’ll finally get some answers about what’s next for the black-and-gold brand now that Adam Cole is NXT champ.

We’ll start seeing the action taped tonight next week during NXT’s regular Wednesday night series on WWE Network.

What do Triple H and team have in store for us? Join us as we start updating results live when as they roll in from Winter Park, Florida after the scheduled 6:30PM Eastern bell time:

  • Rinku over Sean Maluta in your opening dark match for the evening.
  • Before the taping proper begins, we get 49 seconds of silence in memory of the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting, three years ago today.
  • Undisputed ERA come out for a promo segment. Adam Cole says the NXT title is only the first step in making NXT over in their image, and as proof they have a newly recut version of the NXT intro video that’s all about them. They say the tag titles and North American title are next, and nobody can touch them, not even Triple H.
  • Velveteen Dream comes out for a riposte, saying that the NXT title would look better on him, next to his North American title, to which Roderick Strong says he’s not worthy of the title he holds. Matt Riddle comes out to lay claim to the North American Championship, pointing out he’s beaten both Cole and Strong. Tyler Breeze also comes out to stake a claim, and a six-man is made for later-- Riddle, VD, and Breeze vs. three of Undisputed.
  • Damian Priest over Raul Mendoza.
  • William Regal announces an eight-man tournament for NXT talent that hasn’t yet made TV. The winner will get a title shot of his choosing.
  • Xia Li over Taynari Conti.

  • Shayna Baszler will defend the women’s title against Io Shirai in a steel cage later in the taping.
  • Angel Garza over Joaquin Wilde (NXT Breakout Tournament First Round Match)
  • Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) (c) over Forgotten Sons (Steve Cutler & Wesley Blake) by disqualification when Jaxson Ryker interferes in the match. (NXT Tag Team Championship)
  • Post-match, Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan make the save! Afterward, they inform the Street Profits that they want a title shot of their own.
  • Keith Lee over Nykos Rikos.
  • Mia Yim over Aliyah.
