EXCEPT 4 THE GUYS TELLING IT.
This comes amidst a series of reports surrounding Lio Rush, who has garnered heat backstage for making waves with “veterans” of the locker room. The stories making the rounds include Rush refusing to carry water for veterans, a practice that dates back many years, because he doesn’t think it would be a good look for a young black man to do so in a professional setting. He’s right, of course. Still, he’s been subjected to the likes of Mark Henry telling him he’s wrong, and trying to set him straight.
Pro wrestling is a goofy, strange world with outdated archaic practices behind-the-scenes that need to be done away with. I say good on Rush for taking his own stand, and good on Dream for speaking out this way.
