Seth Rollins has his opponent for Super ShowDown.
Prior to this week’s Raw, WWE announced a Fatal 4-Way match Bobby Lashley, The Miz, Braun Strowman, and AJ Styles for the right to challenge Seth Rollins at Super ShowDown on June 7.
During the first hour of Raw, WWE announced that Styles was injured and he was removed from the match, with Baron Corbin named as his replacement. This felt weird, but WWE would cover their tracks by having Corbin attack Styles while The Phenomenal One was being interviewed about his injury later in the night.
When the match began, the story became Corbin and Lashley working together to isolate either Miz or Strowman.

Miz’s clear power disadvantage compared to his three opponents was also a heavily featured talking point from Raw’s announce team. Already booked against each other at Super ShowDown, Strowman and Lashley would find themselves fighting in the crowd and they basically just fought their way out of the match.
Down to just Miz and Corbin left in the ring, the match wrapped up soon after it became an one on one affair. The Miz ran himself into an End of Days from Corbin and just like that the former GM of Raw is the number one contender to Rollins’ Universal title.
The Super ShowDown pay-per-view (PPV) takes place on Fri., Jun. 7, 2019, at the King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
