Next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw represents the go home show to the upcoming Money in the Bank pay-per-view on May 19 in Hartford. You know what that means.
Contract signing!
But, because the Wild Card rule is now in effect, and Becky Lynch is defending both her Raw and SmackDown titles at the event, Charlotte Flair will be showing up to sign on the dotted line alongside Lacey Evans. We can reasonably expect another brawl, but with Flair added to the mix it should be that much more exciting.
Also announced for the show:
- Roman Reigns is back again, this time to appear on Miz TV
- Braun Strowman vs. Drew McIntyre
- Naomi vs. Natalya vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Dana Brooke, in a Fatal 4-Way featuring all the participants in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match
- Ricochet vs. Baron Corbin
Just like with SmackDown, you can see WWE has a formula for its television. Gee, I wonder if that’s why ratings have been in a steady decline?
