Killian Dain reportedly headed back to NXT

WWE.com

Last year’s Superstar Shake-up brought the men of SAnitY to the main roster, and this year’s edition split them up.

Eric Young’s supposedly on the Raw roster, but we haven’t seen him on television. Alexander Wolfe was shipped back over to Europe, and should be appearing on an episode of NXT UK soon. And what of Killian Dain?

Despite also coming from the Brit/EU wrestling scene, Dain will not follow his German teammate back across the pond. Wrestling Observer is reporting the Irishman will report back to Orlando. He could re-debut in NXT as soon as tonight’s taping at Full Sail Live.

It’s likely the former Big Damo is staying stateside so he can be in the same country as his wife, Nikki Cross. We don’t really know what’s up with Cross - she’s doing interesting work online and was featured in the WrestleMania Axxess Worlds Collide shows for WWE Network, but it hasn’t led to anything on television. In fact, she still hasn’t technically been assigned to Raw or SmackDown. Maybe she’ll rejoin her hubby in Florida?

We’ll have to wait to find out. What we don’t have to wait to do is call the call-up of former NXT Tag champs SAnitY a bust.

Here’s hoping these guys have more post-NXT success apart than they did together.
