Although his match against Randy Orton, which he won, seemed to go off without a hitch at WrestleMania 35 last night (Sun., April 7, 2019) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, PW Insider is reporting AJ Styles suffered an injury.
They do not specify what that injury is, however.
Following up on that, the Wrestling Observer reports Styles has already hopped a plane home and he will not be appearing on the post-WrestleMania episode of SmackDown Live scheduled for tomorrow night in Brooklyn.
They could not confirm any injury, however.
WWE has yet to report anything on the matter, but updates are sure to come sooner rather than later.
