The Revival, the Raw tag team champions, aren’t currently booked for WrestleMania 35 this Sun., April 7, 2019, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. They cheated to defeat Ricochet & Aleister Black on Monday Night Raw this week, leaving the door open for a rematch at the biggest show of the year.
The two squads have been going back-and-forth, after all.
However, a new team wants in the mix: Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins.
You know them from losing on a near constant basis in the case of Ryder, and an actually constant basis in the case of Hawkins. Despite this, they’re still out here challenging the champs, who react to it in exactly the way you would expect them to:
When asked about their losing streaks, Ryder responds with “it doesn’t matter.” He must have been talking to Road Dogg recently.
They aren’t outright rejected, however, so the door is still open for the two losers.
