For a solid two minutes Vince McMahon had the pro wrestling world losing their minds.
Late Monday night, WWE dubbed McMahon’s announcement as the biggest signing in SmackDown’s history.
After an official endorsement by the chairman of the board himself, McMahon claimed the future of WWE was coming to SmackDown. Who would it be?
Elias.
Of course.
Following McMahon’s glowing introduction the Montreal, Quebec, Canada live crowd were having none of Elias coming over to Tuesday nights. To try and ease some of the tension, and despite not caring for the city of Montreal, Elias offered to perform one of his hits for the SmackDown audience.
What a guy.
Unfortunately for everyone, Elias was unceremoniously interrupted.

To cap off his official move to SmackDown, Roman Reigns punched Vince McMahon right in the mouth.

Just The Big Dog knocking out a 73-year-old man for disrespecting him, makes sense.
As WWE moves SmackDown to Fox in October, are you excited for Roman Reigns to be competing on the blue brand?
