WWE 205 Live returns to WWE Network tonight (April 16, 2019), live on Tuesday nights, with a show from the Bell Centre in Montreal.

Advertised for tonight: New Raw Superstar Cedric Alexander faces new 205 Live Superstar Oney Lorcan, and General Manager Drake Maverick is looking for a new challenger for Cruiserweight champion Tony Nese.

Come right back here at 10 p.m. ET. We’ll update all the results from 205 Live live as it airs on WWE Network below the line.

Enjoy the show!

  • The show opens with Tony Nese narrating his title win and promising big things in the future as he defends his title.
  • Drake Maverick is on commentary to hype up our main event, which is Cedric Alexander’s final match in the cruiserweight division, against Oney Lorcan.
  • Lucha House Party get a promo and Lince Dorado busts out a little French for the Montreal crowd. They inform us that it is, in fact, lucha time.
  • Ariya Daivari over Akira Tozawa, Gran Metalik, and Mike Kanellis by pinfall with a lateral press on Tozawa, stealing the win after Kanellis hit the rolling cutter and Metalik broke it up with a springboard elbow drop that Akira got the entirety of.
  • Oney Lorcan gets a promo where he says Cedric Alexander has lead 205 Live, and if he can’t beat him, he’s not worthy of picking up where he leaves off as leader.
  • Cedric, for his part, gets a promo where he talks about the opportunity to go to Raw and build his legacy. No matter what happens tonight, he’ll be proud of his part in building 205 Live, and he wants Oney to give him everything he’s got and then some.
  • Oney Lorcan over Cedric Alexander by pinfall with the half nelson suplex on the apron, followed by a lariat in the ring, followed by a Dragon suplex.
  • Post-match, Oney offers a handshake and Cedric accepts.
  • That’s the show, folks.
