Just what WrestleMania’s main event build needs... Stephanie McMahon!

WWE.com

WWE.com broke out their Breaking News banner for this update on the final Raw before WrestleMania 35 tonight (April 1) from Washington, D.C. - Stephanie McMahon will be on the show with “an announcement pertaining to WrestleMania’s first-ever women’s main event, featuring Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey defending her title against new SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch in a Triple Threat Match.”

If the rumors are correct, this will probably be to clarify that this isn’t a unification match, but that a belt will only change hands if the wrestler who enters MetLife Stadium holding it submits or is pinned. So Charlotte or Ronda can leave with two titles, or Becky can leave as either the Raw or SmackDown Women’s champ, and I guess Flair & Rousey will probably team up and take Lynch out so they can focus on each other and The Man can overcome another injury, and, wow, it really didn’t need to be this complicated.

But it is, and now Stephanie is here too.

Enjoy.
