Report: WWE adds Hall of Famer to their creative team

Ain’t he great?

It looks like Jeff Jarrett has landed a new gig with WWE. The past year has been a busy one for Double J. In 2018, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and in 2019 he made an acclaimed appearance in the Royal Rumble match.

Now the 51-year-old wrestling lifer has reportedly joined on WWE’s creative team.

PWInsider with the report.

“Former Impact Wrestling owner and WCW World Champion Jeff Jarrett has officially joined the WWE Creative team, PWInsider.com can exclusively report. We are told this is a full-time executive level role in the company.

Jarrett, who returned to WWE this past January with a cameo in the 2019 Royal Rumble, had initially been hired as a Producer for the company. He was involved in last week’s WWE Production meetings at the TV tapings and we are told Jarrett spent several days last week at WWE HQ in advance of being officially added to the team.”

It past few weeks for WWE on the creative side. Bruce Prichard was reported to rejoin the creative team for WWE but is still unclear in what capacity. Dana Warrior was also recently added to WWE’s writing team in a what reports are said to be a trial basis.

Jeff Jarrett has a life time of knowledge of what to do and what not to do in terms of pro wrestling storylines. Is this a good move by WWE?
