Even without CM Punk, ratings up for WWE Backstage

WWE on Fox’s YouTube

It still isn’t setting the world on fire or anything. But then, it is a studio show dedicated to talking about WWE that airs Tuesdays at 11 p.m. Eastern on a network some people don’t even realize they have.

Point is, WWE Backstage settling into a groove where it gets six figures in viewers and finishes around 100th place in 18 - 49 year old demographic rating among cable originals - with or without CM Punk - is probably news that will please Fox Sports and FS1.

That’s what we’re seeing. Per Showbuzz Daily, on Dec. 3 the Renee Young-hosted show drew an audience of 138K and scored a .08 rating. That’s not as good as Nov. 19 (the last episode with Punk), but it is up 17,000 and .03 from last week.

The Best In The World is back next Tuesday. Will the numbers climb, or stick in this same ballpark?
