It’s been a long time since John Hennigan, who WWE fans know better as John Morrison, has been with the largest pro wrestling company in the world. He left back in 2011 and has since spent his time bouncing around the independent circuit, landing with Lucha Underground, and cutting it up with Impact Wrestling.
But now he’s back.
That’s the word from Ryan Satin on WWE Backstage, at least, who notes Hennigan has signed a new deal with WWE. He’s ready to go now, apparently, but simply waiting for creative to come up with something for him.
TLC is less than two weeks away but the next pay-per-view on the schedule after that is Royal Rumble. There’s no better time for a former WWE star to return than WrestleMania season.
