The big news coming out of WWE’s annual after-Christmas house show at Manhattan’s Madison Square Garden was the United States title change. We got our semi-regular reminder that “anything can happen”, and that house shows matter whenever WWE tells us they do. We also got a sign that the long-rumored Andrade push may actually be upon us.
But it wasn’t the only case of a championship changing hands at the world’s most famous arena on Dec. 26, 2020.
That’s right. R-Truth is now a 26-time 48/7 European Television champ. After the Singhs became 2-time 24/7 titleholder’s for a minute or so.
