Seth Rollins really did sound sincere.
This week’s episode of Raw opened with Seth Rollins trying his very best to muster an apology. It was only seven days ago when it looked like WWE finally turned Rollins heel.
What was Rollins’ excuse for being a condescending jerk last week to the entire Raw roster? He’s just a man who really cares a lot about his brand, and as the head of the Monday night roster, he felt it was his duty to say something. The Beast Slayer even admitted he might have went a little overboard.
The former Universal champion apologized to the fans, the locker room, and Kevin Owens.
At Rollins’ behest, KO came down to the ring for a face to face version of “I’m sorry”. Owens was having none of what Rollins was selling.

Before Owens and Rollins could work through all of their issues, AOP came to the top of the entrance ramp. AOP challenged Rollins and Owens to fight later tonight on Raw. Predicting a three on one turn against him, KO demanded the match start right now.
Rollins declined and walked away from the ring.
Just letting @WWERollins go, huh? #RAW @Akam_WWE @Rezar_WWE pic.twitter.com/CgCpChfZvp
