WWE has put a bow tie around its TLC pay-per-view (PPV) from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as the promotion wrapped up the show tonight (Sun., Dec. 15, 2019) with The Kabuki Warriors once again defeating Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair to retain the women’s tag team titles.
