Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair have come to collect

The match

Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch teams up with Charlotte Flair to challenge The Kabuki Warriors for the Women’s tag team titles at tonight’s (Sun., Dec. 15, 2019) WWE TLC pay-per-view (PPV) at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The story

It’s simple, really.

Asuka and Kairi Sane turned heel a while back, and that has included the former using green mist against her opponents. Flair was on the receiving end of this multiple times, and it wasn’t a pretty picture.

It also meant losing multiple times.

Lynch, meanwhile, has long said she has “one last debt to collect.” She is referring to Asuka, of course, who defeated her to win the SmackDown women’s championship at TLC last year, and then beat her again at Royal Rumble. Becky went on a historic run just after, one she’s still enjoying to this day, so she wants to finally turn that loss into a win.

Flair and Lynch came together after deciding they can both collect their debts much easier as a team than by themselves.

All that’s left is the match.
