The show opens with the intro video.
King Baron Corbin makes his entrance.
He gets on the mic and talks about Survivor Series being tri-branded and the NXT invasion last week, before blaming Roman Reigns for it. He talks about Roman’s battle with leukemia and how he’s truly a role model, but what has he done lately? Nothing, that’s what. His priorities have changed and he’s all about photo ops and days at home with his family, and Baron accuses Roman of not wanting to be champion anymore.
He talks about Reigns’ testicles shrinking and how the Big Dog sounds like a chihuahua, and he has video evidence of this, which is Roman’s logo in CGI yipping and yapping. He calls Roman out before saying he’s not here, but rather off granting a wish to make some child’s day. But he will be here at the end of the night and he’s gonna stand face to face with Corbin and tuck his little tail between his legs.
Baron talks about how he’s gonna beat Roman’s ass such that we get dog poop bags out to scrape his poop up and I just... c’mon man. This is bad.
New Day are shown walking backstage when they run into an interview.
Big E is confused and suggests Xavier Woods is in jail but Kofi Kingston reminds him that he’s out hurt. Kofi talks about how Revival are great champs but they need that seven, and E asks how they’ll ever catch up to Charlotte Flair without that tag title reign?
And so we go to break.
Back from commercial in time for entrances.
New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) vs. the Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) (c) (WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship)
Dawson and Kingston to start, Kofi going right for covers and coming up empty! Scott nails him with a forearm to cut him off, tag to Wilder, working him over in the corner. Kingston firing chops back, tag to E, he comes as Kofi hits a leapfrog Boom Drop for two! Back suplex, Dash lands on his feet and comes up lame, off the ropes, jockeying for position and now Wilder is writhing on the mat in pain as we go to break.
Back from commercial, E is hitting elbows on an upright Wilder and follows it with a belly-to-belly! Tags made, Kingston in hot, leaping lariat, dropkick runs Dash off and Dawson rolls to the floor. Kofi off the ropes... TRUST FALL TOPE! Back in, up top, diving forearm, Kofi is fired up but Wilder cuts him off. Up top, superplex and the splash, shades of Power and Glory... BIG E BREAKS THE PIN UP!

Dash rolls through it, double team hanging DDT, uppercut-assisted German suplex... SO CLOSE! Off the ropes, Shatter Machine... KINGSTON MADE THE BLIND TAG! Missile dropkick, E gets a bear hug...
New Day win by pinfall with a Trouble in Paradise Hart Attack on Dash Wilder to win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
The new champs celebrate their win.
Roman Reigns is shown entering the building. He runs into Chad Gable and they chat to send us to break.
Back from commercial, Daniel Bryan runs into Sami Zayn backstage.
Sami talks about how he gave Bryan an invitation a few weeks ago and it’s fine that he didn’t take him up on it there, but if he had, Dan would have won the NXT Championship last week. There’s no way Adam Cole would have beaten him in that match, and just ask Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro what he’s done for them. But don’t just talk to them, watch them wrestle Chad Gable and Mustafa Ali later tonight to see what Sami can do for him.
Heavy Machinery come out for a match... AND GET BLINDSIDED BY IMPERIUM! WALTER, FABIAN AICHNER, ALEXANDER WOLFE, AND MARCEL BARTHEL BEAT THEM DOWN UNTIL NEW DAY AND A BUNCH OF SMACKDOWN SUPERSTARS MAKE THE SAVE!
Sasha Banks and Bayley are interviewed backstage.
They talk about how they made the NXT women’s division relevant and the NXT women of today might be good, but they will always live in their shadow and Shayna Baszler and Becky Lynch both need to recognize that Bayley is the only person in the match that’s held all three major women’s championships.
Shinsuke Nakamura makes his entrance and we go to break.
Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Chad Gable & Mustafa Ali
Cesaro in hot on Gable, dragging him over for the tag. Nakamura puts boots to him as Daniel Bryan looks on. Into the corner, setting Chad up top... GABLE GETS THE CROSS ARMBAR IN THE ROPES! Cesaro in, make the save, boots up, Gable rolls through and tags Ali in! Off the ropes, snap off a headscissors takeover, charging forearm, whip reversed.
Slide out to the apron, uppercut, rolling thunder X-Factor! Off the ropes, Mustafa follows it up with a tornado DDT but Shinsuke breaks the pin up! Whip Chad across... BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX OVER THE ROPES AND TO THE FLOOR! Gable off the ropes... CESARO GETS HIM WITH SWISS DEATH! Dump him to the floor, Ali dropkicks the Swiss Cyborg out himself, suicide dive!
Back in, up top, diving crossbody caught and reversed into a backbreaker for a two count! Heels with the double teams but Chad slides in and grabs an ankle lock on Cesaro! Kicked off, Nakamura in, inverted exploder suplex, fired up... SUPERKICK COUNTERS KINSHASA! Up top, Cesaro pulls Mustafa down, Shinsuke capitalizes...
Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura win by pinfall with Kinshasa from Nakamura on Mustafa Ali.
Daniel Bryan wanders off, deep in thought.
Nikki Cross is shown walking backstage to send us to break.
Nikki Cross vs. Sasha Banks
Circling, collar and elbow, Banks with a back elbow and a beatdown before taunting. Drawing her up with a handful of hair, putting Cross into the corner and choking. Kicks connect, choking her over the ropes, whip across, Nikki ducks a lariat, headscissors takeover connects! Arm drags, hip toss, off the ropes, low crossbody for a nearfall! Cross sparing Bayley a glance on commentary, dumping Sasha to the floor.
Slingshot dropkick, following it up with a crossbody off the apron and Cross decks Bayley and puts boots to her on the floor! Up on the apron, Bayley runs interference and the Boss kicks Nikki off the apron! Putting her back inside... CROSS REVERSES TO A SMALL PACKAGE FOR TWO! Trading shots, off the ropes, crossbody for two and Banks goes to the floor for a breather and we go to break.
Back from commercial, Banks is in control and hits a Meteora! Forearms on forearms, kick in the corner, more forearms, Cross gets an elbow and follows with a tornado DDT! Running forearms, Nikki fired up, charging forearm in the corner sets up the running bulldog! Primal scream, headed up top, diving crossbody but Sasha rolls through into the Bank Statement crossface!
Trading pins, Cross with a dropkick but Banks gets her with a sunset flip and overrotates it into a jackknife pin... NOT ENOUGH! Jockeying for position, lungblower...
Sasha Banks wins by submission with the Bank Statement.
Post-match, Bayley attacks Cross and beats her down but Shayna Baszler is here! Baszler lays Bayley out, big Karelin lift but the NXT champ runs off when Banks makes the save!
Backstage, Sami Zayn is talking to Daniel Bryan.’
He thinks Bryan’s mind is already made up, he doesn’t want to go back to the Yes! Movement, he wants to move forward.
The lights flicker and Dan considers his response but the lights go all the way out! Red light... THE FIEND IS HERE AND HE CHOKES THE AMERICAN DRAGON OUT WITH THE MANDIBLE CLAW!
And so we go to break.
Back from commercial, we get a replay of what we just saw.
We get a video package covering Tyson Fury’s match against Braun Strowman at Crown Jewel.
Tyson Fury makes his entrance.
He gets on the mic and talks about all the men he’s fought in all the places he’s fought them, but there’s no place like home, and Manchester is where he calls home. But he’s got unfinished business and that’s why he’s here tonight--
(RRROOOAAARRR!)
Enter Braun Strowman.
They square up and Fury says he just wanted to thank him for a great fight in Saudi Arabia, one of the toughest fights he’s ever had. He offers a hand and Braun shakes it. Tyson continues and says if they ever fight again, it should be them as a tag team together, and he polls the crowd as to whether they’d like that. Strowman says nobody in the back is stupid enough to fight them--
Enter the B-Team!
They’re stupid enough to fight them! Curtis Axel actually said that! Bo Dallas talks about how the B stands for fearless and they ain’t scared of them hands.
Strowman blasts them off the apron and then heads out around the ring to blast them! He throws Dallas in the ring... KNOCKOUT! Axel next, he backs off from Fury but Braun scoops him up... RUNNING POWERSLAM!
Strowman and Fury pose together on the stage.
We get a video package covering the feud between Baron Corbin and Roman Reigns to send us to break.
Carmella & Dana Brooke vs. Fire and Desire (Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville) (Team SmackDown Survivor Series Qualifying Match)
Deville and Carmella to start, Sony with repeated waistlock takedowns into a short-arm lariat, schoolboy pin but Mella gets a satellite tijeras! Pass into the corner, tag to Rose, putting boots to her, quick tags, Carmella fighting back with palm strikes but Mandy hits a fallaway slam for two. Double suplex, Mella floats out but Deville catches her with a roundhouse kick for two!
Leg trap half nelson, Mella turns her around and forearms her, Sonya fighting the tag, but she fails and Brooke is legal! Forearms, handspring back elbow and a one-hand bulldog from Dana, she follows it up with a handspring splash but Rose breaks it up! Mella runs interference, Deville to the floor, Brooke shotgun dropkicks her into the steel steps and jaws at her!
Back inside, headed up top...
