The list of names who have requested a release from WWE in recent months grew today when PW Insider reported that Oney Lorcan officially requested his late last month.
Like with the others before him, he remains with the company, though he changed his social media back to the name he used on the independent scene, Biff Busick. We’re still getting quality content like this on Twitter, at least:

Lorcan was signed back in 2015 and while he’s gotten to shine a time or two, he’s never seen a sustained push at any meaningful level. There’s no reason to believe WWE will waver on its policy not to grant releases at this time, so he may be stuck like Luke Harper and Mike Kanellis, among others.
